主にカスタマーサービス業務をメインに担当されています。
カスタマーサービス業務とは、お客様から届いた通関時必要書類をチェックし
通関業者へ送付する役割を担っています！
The customer service business is responsible for checking the documents required for customs clearance received from the customer and sending them to the customs broker!
貨物のサイズ・重さ・価格などが書面の情報と合っているか、
ものすごいスピードと集中力でさばいていきます！
Quickly and accurately check that the size, weight, price, etc. of the cargo match the written information!
1つの輸送でも本当に多くの書類が発生しますが、
カスタマーサービス部のみなさんの力によって
税関へ1日にたくさんの申告ができています！
Even one shipment requires a lot of documents, but thanks to the help of the customer service department,
we are able to file many declarations to customs in a day!
