2021.12.01(WED)｜健康優良企業『銀の認定証』をいただきました★

今回は皆さまにご報告ブログとなります！
タイトルにもある通り、この度経済産業省が推奨する、
【健康経営優良法人認定制度】の審査が下り、
『銀の認定証』をいただきました★★★
【健康経営優良法人認定制度】とは、
日本健康会議によって「優良な健康経営を実践している企業である」と認定された法人のことを指します。
企業全体で従業員一人ひとりの健康管理をサポートするという取り組みで、
従業員が健康的に働けるようになることで、従業員一人ひとりのモチベーションが向上し、
企業全体の労働生産性がアップを目的としています。
弊社は、今年に入ってから認定に向けて取り組んでおり、
社員の健康状態の把握・管理、毎月の健康目標の設定、外部相談窓口の開設など
さまざまな取り組みをしてきました！
認定審査がかなり細かく、、、正直不安ではありましたが、
取り組みから約10カ月！！やっと『銀の認定証』までたどり着きました。
しかし目指すのは、あくまで『金の認定証』です！
従業員が健康で安心して働けることを第一に、
心身の健康を守りながら、『金の認定証』をいただけるよう引き続き尽力していきます☺

We have something to inform you!
This time, we were designated as "Silver Certificate" of [Excellent Health Management Organization], recommended by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry [METI] ★★★
What is [Excellent Health Management Organization]???
It is a corporation certified by the Japan Health Council as "a company that has an excellent health management."
By supporting the health management of each employee throughout the company,
we aim to improve the motivation of each employee and improve the labor productivity of the entire company by enabling employees to work in good health.
Since the beginning of this year, we have been working toward certification, and we have made various efforts such as grasping and managing the health condition of employees, setting monthly health goals, opening an external consultation service counter, and so on!
Spening10 months, we finally achieved the "Silver Certificate"★★★
Anyway, our next goal is the "Gold Certificate"!
We will continue trying to keep our physical and mental health, in order to receive the "Gold Certificate", with the first priority being that our employees can work in good health without worries.
I was really glad to get a certificate, so I couldn't help updating this blog ♪ lol
