いつになったら収束するのかと考えて3年ほど経ちました。

Q1. 仕事内容は？
A. 通関部なので税関検査の立ち合いや打ち合わせをしたり、税関職員との書類等、検査対応のやり取りやヤード、倉庫検査等の打ち合わせをしています。又、協力会社さんとはドレー屋さん(トラック）配送等の打ち合わせもしています。基本的に外出が多いですね。横浜港や浦賀港。たまに東京港に行きます。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A. 前職（通関業）を辞めたタイミングで声を掛けて頂きました。新しい会社なので、今までの経験と知識を活かしたいと思い、入社に至りました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. 社長を始め、若くて活気のある会社です。社員一人一人がいろんな事に挑戦出来る会社ですね。誰かが困っていればいろんな人が助けてくれます。One for all All for oneの精神ですね！
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. 税関検査等立ち合いをして、トラブルが有りながらも無事に税関の許可がおりた時や急な案件を手配して解決出来た時ですね。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A. 野球ですね！以前から中学生の硬式野球の指導者をしています。又、OB達が高校野球で活躍している姿を見ることにハマっていて、自分自身も草野球をやっています。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A. 毎日の晩酌ですね。休肝日も作らないといけないけど…。
孫とのお買い物ごっこ遊びや映画鑑賞・スポ-ツ観戦（野球、バレーボール、バスケットボール等）をしてリフレッシュしています。
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. 他の支店（福岡支店、神戸支店、タイ支店）に行って各港等の見学及び貨物流れを勉強したいです。又、イベント関係の仕事をもっとやってみたいです。（以前やったラグビーワールドカップみたいな）

Q1. What’s your job?
A. Since I am belonging to a customs department, I sometimes hold meetings for witnessing customs inspections such as in a warehouse, and exchange documents with customs officers. Also, I have meetings with cooperating companies such as drayage (truck) delivery. Basically, I often work in Yokohama port, Uraga port, and sometimes Tokyo port.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. When I quit my previous job (customs clearance business), I was asked to join. Since this is a new company, I decided to join the company because I wanted to make the most of my experience and knowledge.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. It is a young and lively company, including the C.E.O. It's a company where each employee can try various things. If someone is in trouble, other employees will help.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. It is time when I witness a customs inspection, etc., and even though there is a problem, the cargo can get export customs permission safely, also the time when I am able to arrange a sudden case and solve it.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A. It's baseball! I have been a junior high school baseball coach for a long time. I'm enjoyed the graduates playing hard also in high school, I play sandlot baseball as well.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. It's an evening drink every day. I should make a rest day though ...
Playing with my grandchildren, watching movies, watching sports (baseball, volleyball, basketball, etc.) are my refreshments.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I would like to go to other branches (Fukuoka branch, Kobe branch, Thai branch) to tour each port and learn about cargo flow. Also, I would like to do more event-related works. (Like the Rugby World Cup, I was involved before)
