そろそろ森本さんも登場してほしいですねぇ♪

それでは本題にLet‘s Go～！！！！
この度、10/12(水)・13(木)の2日間に渡り、
イシン株式会社様のご協力のもと、採用サイトリニューアルに向けた
インタビューや写真撮影をしていただきましたので
その様子だったり、感想だったりをお伝えしようと思います(/ω＼)
1日目は、新卒座談会・代表インタビュー、個人撮影のスケジュールで行いました！
新卒座談会では、初々しいインタビューを見れたような気がします！
初めは緊張感が伝わってきて…気づいたら私と森本は見守り隊になっていました(笑)
実は…フレッシュだな～若いな～と、みんなのことを見ていました（●＾o＾●）
時間が経つにつれ、インタビューに慣れたのか気づいたらその場は関西でした！
インタビュー内容は…「ひ・み・つ・♡」です！公開までお楽しみに！笑
代表インタビューでは、すぐに代表松澤の人間性がその場に放たれ、
インタビュアーさんとマッチしていて和やかな雰囲気で終始行われていました！
見物していた私たちも勉強になる内容だったり、笑い合ったりと
毎度インタビュアーさんも含め、楽しい時間を作ってくれます！！！
ここだけの話ですが…奥様のこと大変褒めておられました♡

2日目は、マネージャー座談会・人事対談、個人撮影のスケジュールで行いました！
マネージャー座談会では、これまでのやりがいだったり、
自身の成長について等、マネージャーになるまでのキャリアフローを話していました！
私自身、入社してあまりお話しする機会がなかったもので…貴重な時間でした！
インタビューを直に聞くことが出来、勉強になりましたし、
マネージャーたちの人間性も知ることが出来たので、いい機会になりました＼(^o^)／
就活生へ向けた言葉も述べていたので、ぜひご覧いただきたいです！！！
座談会中のマネージャーたちの素敵な笑顔に…心が奪われました|дﾟ)
人事対談では、ノットグローバルホールディングスにはどのような職種があり、
それぞれの仕事内容についてだったり、求める人物像についても語っています！！
弊社が気になっている方は必見のインタビューかと思いますよ(笑)
インタビューしている際の森本は、発言する言葉がかっこよくて感激していました♡
時にはお茶目な一面も交えて！本当に素晴らしい方、尊敬の方だなと思いました。。
私も少しでも森本に近づけるような採用担当にならなければいけません(@_@)笑

あっ、そういえば！
個人撮影のオフショットも何枚か特別に公開しようと思ったのですが、
新メンバーも追加しているので(^-^)(^-^)
採用サイトリニューアル完成までは「お・あ・ず・け・♡」です(笑)
今回のリニューアルでは、よりノットグローバルの業務内容、社内風土、活躍する社員を
皆様にお伝えできる内容となっております。
よりよいサイトになるよう、運営会社のイシン株式会社様と何度も打ち合わせを重ねてきました。
リニューアル完了は11月中旬を予定しておりますので、
その頃にまたBLOGでお会いしましょう～☆彡

So let's begin with the main subject～！！！！
This time, we had an interview and photo shoot for the renewal of the recruitment site for two days,
on October 12th (Wednesday) and 13th (Thursday), with Ishin Co., Ltd.
So, I would like to tell you about my impressions (/ ω ＼)
On the first day, new graduates had a discussion and Mr. Matsuzawa who is our C.E.O had an interview,
then lastly, we had photo shoot individually!
I was able to see a fresh interview for the new graduates’ interview!
At first, I felt their nervous. Morimoto and I realized we were for them to watch over.
Actually... I was looking at them and thinking, "They're so fresh and young~" (●＾o＾●)
As time went on, they got used to interviews.
The content of the interview is secret ♡”! Stay tuned for the release!
In the C.E.O interview, Mr. Matsuzawa's personality was immediately appeared.
He matched with the interviewer; the interview was done in a friendly atmosphere from beginning to end!
We learned a lot and laughed together! !
It's just a story only here, but I compliment his wife a lot ♡
I hope she will read this blog and his interview when it is released
I'm really looking forward to the finish of the interview )^o^(
On the second day, Sales managers discussion, HR interview, and individual photo shoots were proceeded!
For the manager discussion, they talked about their career until now,
such as what was rewarding so far and about their growth personally!
I myself didn't have opportunity to hear this kind of talk since I joined the company... it was a precious time!
I was able to listen to the interviews for the first time, and I learned a lot.
They also give words for job hunting students, so please take a look when it is released! ! !
My heart was healed with their wonderful smiles during the discussion |дﾟ)
In the HR interview, we talked about the positions and the job contents of each position,
and the image of candidates we are looking for! !
I also recommend this interview if you are interested in our company.
During our interview, I was deeply impressed by Ms. Morimoto’s cool words♡
Sometimes, she was charming! She is really nice and respected person.
I have to be like her more as much as possible (@_@)

I was thinking of putting a few off-shots from individual photo shoot because
new members were also taken (^-^)(^-^)
I decided not to show so far until the renewal is done.
In terms of this renewal, you will be able to know more about our job contents,
corporate culture, and active members of Knot Global.
We had meetings again and again with Ishin Co., Ltd., to make the website even better.
The renewal will be completed in mid-November, so we’ll announce again on this blog~☆彡
