上記のスケジュールで一日を過ごしておりました＼(^o^)／
まず、出社してからメールのチェックを行います！
その後は有給申請等の管理など！
10:00と15:00は面接！！！この日は学生でした♪
面接がある日は、面接で使用するものを毎朝準備しています！
面接では、学生さんの内面を引き出せる面談のような面接を行い、
終始笑いありの楽しい面接時間でした（´∀｀*）ｳﾌﾌ
事務・備品チェックでは、面接結果のレポートを作成したり、
社員からの依頼で書類を作成したり、電話対応や備品の在庫チェックなど
さまざまなことに対応しております☻☻
またBLOGの作成やSNSへの投稿なども積極的に行っていて
HPのプロフィール写真の編集や
会社説明会で流す動画作成などの広報活動もしています♪
また、昨年1月からは社員の母校への挨拶＆情報交換ということで
外出なども多くなってきています＼(゜ロ＼)(／ロ゜)／♡
採用担当はこんな日々を過ごしております！
日によって忙しかったり、余裕があったりと波がありますが、
毎日、楽しく仕事をしています(∩´∀｀)∩

One day in charge of recruitment...

14:00 Office work/equipment check
↓
15:00 interview

I spent the day with the above schedule ＼(^o^)／
First of all, check your email after arriving at work!
After that, management such as leave application etc!
10:00 and 15:00 are interviews! ! ! I was a student today.
On the day I have an interview, I prepare what I will use in the interview every morning!
At the interview, the interview was like an interview that brought out the inside of the student,
and it was a fun interview time with laughter from beginning to end (´∀｀*) Ufufu
In office work and equipment check,
we respond to various things such as creating reports on interview results,
preparing documents at the request of employees, answering phones and checking inventory of equipment ☻☻
In addition, I actively create blogs and post on SNS, and I also do public relations activities such
as editing profile photos on the website and creating videos to be played at company briefings.
Also, since January last year, employees have been going out more often to say
hello to their alma mater and exchange information ＼(゜ロ＼)(／ロ゜)／♡
Recruiters spend their days like this!
Depending on the day, I may be busy or calm, but I enjoy working every day (∩´∀｀)∩
