Q1.仕事内容は？
A. 営業アシスタントとして勤めています。主に海上輸出手配を担当しており、
ブッキングの手配からお客様との打ち合わせ、ドレージ手配、申告書類作成、
トラブル対応まで一連の手配を行いいます。
同時に何件もの作業を並行して進めるのでマルチタスクが身につきました！
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A. オンライン説明会で社員の方々の明るくてアットホームな雰囲気を感じたのが理由です。
オンラインなのにこんなにも社員同士の関係性を感じられたのは初めてで、とても惹かれました。
また選考中に実際の業務をビデオにした映像を送ってくださり、
入社前から仕事内容のイメージがついたのも好印象でした。
貿易事務を仕事にしたいと考えていたので仕事内容もピッタリでした。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. とても賑やかで、かつ柔軟に働ける会社だと思います！20代が多いのでとても賑やかで明るい会社です。
ですが楽しむときは楽しむ、仕事をするときは真剣に取り組むというメリハリがあるように思います。
また在宅勤務を選択することもできるので、自分のライフスタイルに合わせて働けるのが魅力的な会社だなと思います。
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. 私は営業アシスタントとして勤めているのですが、
お客様が新規の依頼を営業ではなく私に直接連絡をくださるときはやりがいを感じます。
いつも連絡しているからという理由で気軽なのかもしれませんが、
そういった理由でも信頼を置いてくださっているのかなと感じるので、
これからも円滑に手配が進むように頑張ろうという気持ちになります＾＾
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A. 今ハマっているのはカレーです笑急なカレーブームがきていて、ここ3カ月くらい続いています。
インドカレーはもちろん、最近は日本の創作カレーやスリランカカレーも食べました。
どれも個性的で同じ味が無くて面白いしとても美味しいです。
今度は自分で無水カレーを作ってみたいと思っています！
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A.とにかく外に出ることです！土日はほぼ外にいます。
散歩したりカフェに行ったり、買い物したりすることが気分転換になります^-^
最近はお花屋さんに行くのが好きで、自分で花をセレクトして家に飾ったりします。
カラフルでおしゃれな花が多いので選ぶのも楽しいし見るのも楽しいです！
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. 新人さんのサポートかなと思います！２年目から担当させていただいていて、大変さもありますが、
やりがいを感じたところもたくさんありました。今もその子たちが頑張っている姿を見ると、
たぶん力不足ではあったけれど無駄ではなかったかな、基盤を作るのに力になれたかなと思えます笑
なのでこれからもサポートには挑戦したいです！

Q1. What’s your job?
A. I work as a sales assistant. I’m mainly in charge of ocean export arrangements,
which include booking arrangements, meetings with customers, drayage arrangements,
preparation of customs documents, and troubleshooting.
I learned how to multitask because I was working on several jobs at the same time!
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. The reason is I felt the cheerful and homey atmosphere of the employees at the online company information session. I’ve never felt such a strong relationship between employees even though it was online, and I was very attracted to it! Also, during the selection process, they sent me a video of their actual work,
which gave me a good impression of what the job entailed even before I joined the company.
I wanted to work as trade affairs, the job description was also a perfect for me.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. It’s a very lively and even more flexible company to work for! KG is very lively
and bright with many people in their 20s. But I think there is balance between having fun
when they are having fun and taking their work seriously when they are doing it.
I can also choose to work from home, so I think it’s an attractive company to work for that fits my lifestyle!
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. I work as a sales assistant, and I find it rewarding when a customer contacts me directly with new requests,
not a sales staff. Perhaps it’s casual because I’m always in contact with them,
but I feel that they’ve placed their in me even for that reason,
and I’ll do my best to make the arrangement go smoothly in the future^^
Q5. What are you into these days?
A. My current addiction is curry lol There is a sudden boom in curry, and it has been going on for the past three months. I ate not only Indian curry, but recently I also had creative Japanese curry and a Sri Lankan curry!
They’re all unique and don’t have the same taste, which makes them interesting and very tasty!
Now I want to make my own anhydrous curry!
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. Anyway, it’s about getting outside! I’m almost always outside on weekends. Taking a walk, going to a café,
or shopping is a nice change of pace^_^ Recently, I like to go to flower shops and select flowers
for my own home decoration. Many of the flowers are colorful and stylish, so it’s fun to choose and look at them!
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I think it might be support for newcomers! I’ve been in charge of this project since my second year,
and although it has been difficult, there have been many rewarding aspects.
When I see these colleague working hard even now, I think that although I probably wasn’t strong enough,
it wasn’t in vain, and that I was able to help them build a foundation!
