7月29日(木)にオンライン会社説明会を行いました！
昨年に引き続き感染対策の為
オンラインでの開催となりましたが
今回は80名ほどの学生様にご参加いただきました。

今回は会社説明会ということでノットグローバルが
どんな会社なのか知ってもらいたく準備を進めました！
今回は4月に入社したばかりの新入社員による
会社紹介をアップデートしました！
こちらは入社後だいたい２,３か月目から
自分たちで内容とプレゼン資料を作成し始め
7月開催の説明会で自分の会社を紹介してもらう
ということを昨年度から行っています。
こういった機会があると改めて自分の入社した会社の
良い点や改善点がわかるので
新入社員だからと関係なく
ノットグローバルの一人として会社のことを考える
機会にしてほしいという思いで始めました☆
プレゼンの内容は下記の通りです。
【21年入社の社員による会社紹介】
・会社の雰囲気
・入社して感じたこと
・自分たちが行った業務
・他社との違い
説明会後のアンケートでは
「入社して3日間の動きについて知れたところが
ノットグローバルで働くイメージにつなげやすかった」
と学生からも好評でしたよ☆！
会社説明後は先輩社員による
座談会と質疑応答が行いましたが
時間内に収まらないくらい
沢山の質問を頂戴しました。
質問内容で多かったのは、
・ノットグローバルの強み
・入社してほしい人物像
・語学はどれくらい活かせるか
といった質問がありました。
今回ご参加いただけなかった方の為に
簡単に回答させて頂きますと。。。
弊社の強み：ズバリ若さ！
平均年齢33歳と同業界でみるとかなり若く、
常に活気に溢れています！
メールや電話のレスポンスの速さ、
やってみようとアイディアを出してから
実際に始めるまでのスピードなど
スピード感を強みに日々業務に取り組んでいます！
そして業界では珍しいアットホームな雰囲気の中
働くことができるのもノットグローバルの良さの一つです。
入社してほしい人物像：積極的に行動できる人
特に営業職で入社する方には
社歴や経験関係なく
自分から仕事をとってきてきちゃうくらい
行動力のある方だと嬉しいですね！
語学はどれくらい活かせるか：これも自分次第！笑
例えば、英語を活かして働きたければ
自分で仕事をとってくれば
思う存分使えます☆笑
※最初はしっかり研修、
そして十分な経験を積んでいただいてから
徐々に自分のしたい働き方に切り替えていくので
ご安心ください。
そんなポジティブな考えを持った方には
魅力的に感じますね。
当日は時間内に収めるつもりでしたが
沢山の質問を下さり、結局タイムオーバー。。
最後は駆け足気味に説明会を終えてしまったのが
少し後悔です、、

Hello! Everyone!
I am Minako from HR, KNOT GLOBAL
We held the online Recruiting event on 29th July for graduates in 2022.
Due to the pandemic, we don’t have another choice but to choose online as the same as last year.
However, more than 80 students joined the online event on that day! Wow!
Big thanks to students who joined the event.

We prepared for the event in order to know more about KNOT GLOBAL.
This time, in addition to general introduction of the company,
New employees in 2021 made us the company presentation.
From the last year, we have decided that new employees make a company presentation to students.
It gives them to understand what the advantages and disadvantages of their own company is,
so that, it is a good opportunity to think their company as one of the members of KNOT GLOBAL,
not as the “new employee”.

・What they’d done since they were joined.
・What they thought after they joined
・The deference between knot global and the other companies
Many students enjoyed that part.
Survey after the event said;
“I am glad to know what they have done on first 3 days after they joined.
I could imagine my workstyle from that.”
After company introduction, we gave them the conversation by the senior employees and Q&A time.
Since there were more than 80 students, we got so many questions from them.
For those of you who could not joined the event,
I wrote some answer of the questions from the day.
Q1. What is the strength of KNOT GLOBAL?
A, Youth!
Our company average age is around 33 years old, so that, we are so energetic!
The speed of response, the speed from giving idea to taking a next action,
We work with the strength of speed.
Also, you can work with the relax atmosphere which may not exist in other company in the same industry.
Q2. Any ideal candidate?
A. Aggressive person!
Especially candidates for the sales position, person who wants to get a business by themselves are very attractive for us.
Q3. Can I utilize my language skills?
A. It depends on you!
For example, if you want to use your English skills, easiest way is that once you get a new business from the agent in abroad.
You can use your English every day!
[Don’t worry, after we provide you a proper training and experience, gradually you are able to work on your way]
We are attracted to person who have a positive mind.
We supposed to finish on time on that day, but after all it’s been a little over.
So, we regret that the session was finished in a hurry at the end.
