気づけば夏が終わっていました！笑
皆さん、夏の思い出はできましたか？？
個人的に今年の夏は、今までで一番早く終わった感じがしました。
雨が多かったせいもあるかもしれないですが、なんだか切ないですね～、、、

I felt that this summer was the earliest I've ever had.
It may be because it was raining a lot…
家で過ごすことが多くなり、無駄に掃除をしちゃったり、まさかの読書にハマっちゃったり、
地元の友達や姪っ子としょっちゅうテレビ電話しちゃったり、
そんなことをやっていたら、あれよあれよと季節は秋でした。笑
I spend more time at home, cleaning, reading, and making video calls with my friends from studenthood and nieces, and realised it is already autumn.
ノットグローバルホールディングスは9月より15期の後期に突入しました。
後期も社員一同気を引き締めて、会社の更なる成長に向けてチャレンジし続けたいと思います！
Knot Global Holdings entered the second priod of the 15th from September.

KKさんも通関に関しては未経験で入社されましたが、
今では部署の社員から頼りにされ、東京本社・通関部を引っ張って行ってくださる存在です。
先日の税関検査の際はピストルを扱われたようです！
東京港の輸出入申告に関して分からないことがあると、
本社の皆さんはまずKKさんに聞いています！
教え方も的確で丁寧。
新卒2名も配属され、KKさんの指導の下でどんどん成長しています！
Mr. KK joined the company with no experience in customs clearance, but now he is relied on by employees in the department and leads the customs clearance department at the Tokyo head office.
The other day's customs inspection seems to have dealt with a pistol!
Employees at the head office first ask KK what they don't know about the import / export declaration at Tokyo Port!
His teaching ways are also accurate and polite. The two new graduates' subordinates are also growing steadily under Mr. KK!

趣味は料理だそうで！
料理を趣味にしている社員、最近増えてるなーと思います！
お弁当を作って持ってきている社員も多く、
ランチ時は電子レンジに行列ができるくらいです。笑
KK’s hobby is cooking!
The number of employees who enjoy cooking is increasing recently!
Many employees make and bring their own lunch boxes, and there is a line in front of the microwave every day at lunch time...lol
未経験でも通関士にチャレンジできる環境がノットグローバルホールディングスにはあります。
