全国的な大雪に見舞われ、本社のある渋谷区でも5センチほどの積雪を観測しました。

Q1. 仕事内容は？
日本にいる顧客（メインはベトナム人）に対して、
向け地と貨物の詳細を確認し、必要な書類などを説明して案件を獲得します。
お互い利益が出るように心がけています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
一つ目の理由は、もともと貿易の分野に興味があったことです。
二つ目は、自分の理想とする会社にもう二度と出会える機会がないと思ったことです。
また、日本にいるベトナム人のお客様は、貿易の流れが分からない方が多いので、
私が率先して正しいやり方をどんどん教えてあげたいと思いました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
ノットグロバールホールディングスの第一印象は、家族みたいな雰囲気だと感じました。
社長からスタッフまで、分からないことがあったら優しく丁寧に最後まで教えてくれます。
とても親切な会社だと思います。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
年末は特に忙しくて、急に船社のコンテナ在庫とスペースが制限されてしまいました。
メインの向け地の流れを読んで、11月末ぐらいにBOOKINGを早めに取得しておき、
ベストな値段で見積を出し、お客様にすぐ対応できた時にやりがいを感じました！
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
最近は、奥さんが色々な料理を教えてくれて、作れるようになりました。
運転免許証を取得したので、今後は休みの日にドライブに行って
日本のさまざまな景色を見に行きたいと思います！
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
奥さんの家事を手伝ったりドライブしたり友達と喋ったりサッカーしたりすることです！

母国語を生かしてお仕事できるって、強みですよね！

Heavy snow fell all over the country, and even in Shibuya, where the head office is located, we had about 5 cm of snow.
One employee who is from Okinawa, which is in South of Japan, saw the snow for the first time in forever, was very impressed ⛄ ★

Q1. What’s your job?
We check the shipment details, such as the destination, cargo and so on to the customer in Japan (mainly Vietnamese for me), then, explain the necessary documents, etc. and get profits from these.
I focus to try making a profit for each other.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
Firstly, I was interested in the logistics industry.
Second, I thought I would never have the opportunity to meet my ideal company again.
Lastly, many Vietnamese customers in Japan do not know the flow of logistics, so I wanted to tell them the proper way.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
The first impression of Knot Global Holdings was that I felt a family-like atmosphere.
From the CEO to the other staffs, they kindly and politely teach me when I have a question.
I think Knot Global is a very kind company.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
It was particularly busy at the end of the year, and suddenly the shipping company's container inventory and space were limited.
I read the flow of the main destination, got booking early around the end of November, got a quote at the best price in advance, and felt rewarding when I was able to respond immediately to customers!
Q5．What are you into these days?
Recently, my wife taught me various dishes and I can now make them.
Also I got a driver's license, I would like to go for a drive on my days off and see various scenery in Japan!
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
Helping my wife do housework, driving, talking with friends and playing soccer!

Mr. Huy is from Vietnam, and the main customers are also Vietnamese.
I often hear his Vietnamese in our office.
Working with his native language is one of his strengths!
At our company, foreign employees from 7 countries are currently working, and languages from various countries such as English, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean are spoken.
For foreign customers, it is even more comfortable if the person in charge is an employee who can speak the same language!
