こんにちは、採用担当の森本です！
早いもので4月もあっという間に月末です。
新入社員の皆さんも港見学や実務を通して少しずつ仕事を覚え、仕事内容のイメージが具体的についてきたようです！
この数週間だけでもとても成長を感じます。
いよいよ来月から配属先での研修となります。
これからが本番ですので、配属先での活躍に期待です！
そして本日のブログは4月の社員バトンです！

Q1. 仕事内容は？
人事・労務・広報など、多岐に渡ります。
採用担当として面接をしたり、勤怠・手当の集計、SNSやブログの更新、組合や入管への申請書類の作成など、
日々やることが違うのでおもしろいです。
また、コンテナ船のブッキングなど、営業アシスタントに近い仕事もしています。
たまにいろんな部署の業務に手をつけすぎて、自分がどの部署の所属なのか忘れることがあります(笑)
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
直感です！この会社なら、私がやりたいことができると、社長面接を通して感じました。
前職でも人と関わったり、教えたり、役に立てることにやりがいを感じていて、
別の視点でそれを生かせる仕事はないかと考えていたとき、「人事」という仕事に就きたいと思うようになりました。
そこでノットグローバルの面接を受け、やりたい仕事ができる、自分らしく働けるということを
なぜか直感で強く確信して、迷うことなく入社を決めていました(笑)
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
フラットな会社です。
立場、性別、国籍、そういったあらゆる壁を取っ払って、社員一人ひとりが尊重される会社だなと感じます。
弊社は現在、7か国の外国人国籍の社員が在籍しています。
多国籍ということもあり、言語はもちろん、文化・考え方・習慣などさまざまな違いに直面しますが、ノットグローバルはそれを認め、受け入れる風潮があります。
すごくいい風潮だなと感じます！
私自身、外国籍の社員と関わることで新たな発見があり、すごく新鮮です☺
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
自分が採用・教育に携わった社員が、活躍している姿を見たときです。
人事担当の醍醐味だと思います。今となっては、私が教えてもらう立場になっています(笑)
また、日々更新しているSNSやブログを見て、ノットグローバルに興味を持った
というお話を応募者の方から聞くととても嬉しくなります！反響があるとやはり嬉しいです！
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
天気が良い休日はよく散歩をしています～☀
川沿いはキラキラしていてめちゃめちゃ気持ちいいです！隅田川をよく散歩します！
自転車が欲しくて、購入後はサイクリングもハマること違いなしです。
大学バスケ観戦も好きです！
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
今一番の癒しは姪っ子2人です。
帰省したら一緒に遊んだり、散歩したり、お昼寝したり、姪っ子と遊ぶ時間が一番のリフレッシュです。
普段では、ありきたりですが旅行に行ったり美味しいものを食べたりして、休日で気持ちを切り替えてます！
韓国旅行で行ったチーズケーキ屋さんは見た目も可愛くて、ほんっとにおいしかったです！
コロナ前は、毎年東京ドームで開催されるふるさと祭りに行っていました。
全国各地のおいしいものを食べて、夢の時間でした。。。❤
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
会社の成長とともに、部署の拡大をしていきたいです。
そのための人材の確保はもちろん、労務関係の業務をもっと手広く携われるように知識も付けていきたいです。

[Q & A]
Q1. What’s your job?
I’m charge of human resources, personal management, public relations.
As a recruiter, I conduct interviews, tally attendance and benefits, update social networking sites and blogs, and prepare applications to the union and immigration office.
It is interesting because what I do is different every day.
I also do some work similar to that of a sales assistant, such as booking container vessels.
Sometimes I get so involved in the work of various departments that I forget which department I belong to.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
It was intuition!
I felt through the interview with CEO that I could do what I wanted to do at this company.
In my previous job, I had found it rewarding to be involved with people, to teach, and to be of service. When I was looking for a job where I could put that to use from a different perspective, I decided that I wanted to work in “human resources”.
Then I had an interview at Knot Global HD, and for some reasons, my intuition strongly convinced me that I could do the work I wanted to do, and that I could work as like me, then I decided to join the company without hesitation.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
It is a flatted company.
I feel that each employee should be respected, regardless of position, gender, nationality, or any other obstacle.
We currently have seven different nationalities.
Because of the multinational, we are faced with various differences in language, culture, ideas, and customs, but Knot Global HD has a tendency to recognize and accept these differences.
I feel that this is a very good point!
For me there are new discoveries through working with many nationalities, which is very refreshing!
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
I feel rewarding that our employees who I adopted and trained are active.
It’s the best part of my position.
After all this time, I am the one who is taught from them.
I am really glad to hear that applicants would become interested in Knot Global Holdings after SNS and Blog of Knot Global I update.
Q5．What are you into these days?
I often take a walk on holidays when the weather is nice ~☀
It feels good to walk along the river!
If I buy a bicycle, I will definitely be addicted to cycling.
I also like watching college basketball!
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
The best healing is two nieces.
Playing with my nieces, taking a walk, taking a nap, and playing with my nieces is the most refreshing time when returning hometown,
I usually go on trips and eat delicious foods to enjoy my holidays.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
I would like to expand my department with the company expansion.
For that, not only secure human recourses, I would like to learn a lot in order to more widely involved in person-related work
