10月に入りましたが、
やっと夏の蒸し暑さが無くなってきましたね！
もう春と秋の季節はないのでは？と思うような
寒暖差が続いている気がします。
体調には気を付けてお過ごしください;)
さて、少し話が逸れてしまいましたが、
本日のブログは社員紹介バトンです！
これまでも沢山の社員を紹介してきているので

Q1.仕事内容は？
A.営業アシスタントは、営業担当が獲得した案件をスムーズに進めるためのサポートをしています。
その中でも船のブッキングやドレージの手配、申告書類の作成が主な仕事です。
また、お客さんと連絡を取ることもアシスタントの仕事なので、案件の大枠を担っています。
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A.海外と関わる仕事をしたかったからです。
また、「貿易」という言葉に惹かれてこの会社に入りました。
世界を繋ぐ仕事とはどのようなものか、想像が出来なかったからこそやってみたいという気持ちが強かったです。
また、３回ほど面接や説明会などで会社に訪問した際に、
社員皆さんの雰囲気や人事の方の明るさも入社する決め手の１つでした。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A.活力のある会社です。
若手社員が多いということもあり、パワーを感じられる会社だと思います。
若いからこその柔軟性をもった社員も多い印象です。
個人の裁量が大きいので、自分のやる気次第でなんでも挑戦できる会社です。
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A.貨物量の多い申告書類の作成を終えた時と、その貨物の輸出が許可されたときです。
自分が携わった案件が無事に終了すると、安心感とこれからの業務への更なる自信に繋がります。
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A.散歩をすることです。
家の周りを歩きながら、いろいろな家を眺めるのがとても面白く、
将来住みたい家をイメージしています。
もうすぐ健康診断もあるので、汗をかいて代謝を上げることも意識しています。
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A.１人の時間を作ることと、自然のある場所に行くことです。
すべての刺激から解放されて、自分のやりたいことを、やりたい時にできる時間を大切にしています。
また、自然のある場所では、人も時間もなにも気にせずにゆっくりすることでリフレッシュされます。
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A.やったことのない貨物の申告をしてみたく、家具やクーラーなどの貨物を扱ってみたいです。
家具に関してはオートパーツや車より必要書類が増えるので、
そのような案件の申告をマスターできるようになりたいです。
また、多くの先輩と関わっていきたいです。
知らないことや、これからやる業務について質問しやすくなると思うので、
コミュニケーションを取れるように頑張ります。

積極的に先輩にコミュニケーションを取っている印象があります！
周りと協力し合って一生懸命業務に取り組んでいる姿をよく見かけます。
また、分からないことがあれば自ら質問し、
理解できるまでしっかりと確認をする姿がとても印象的です。
そうした前向きな姿勢が、周囲との信頼関係を築くことにもつながっていると思います。
本人も仰っていたように、多くの先輩と関わりながら、

October has arrived, and finally the summer humidity is starting to fade.
I feel like the temperature swings have been so extreme lately,
it makes me wonder if spring and autumn have disappeared altogether.
Please take care of your health;)
Well, I digressed a bit there,
but today's blog is an employee introduction baton!
I've introduced many employees so far, so if you have time, I'd be happy if you could read back through them!

Name :Hina Ogura

Q1. What’s your job?
A.Sales assistants provide support to ensure that deals secured by sales members proceed smoothly.
The main jobs involve booking vessels, arranging drayage, and preparing declaration documents.
Additionally, since communicating with clients is also part of the assistant's job,
they handle the overall framework of the project.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A.Because I wanted to work in a job that involved international connections.
Also, I was interested in the word “trade” and joined this company.
I couldn't imagine what kind of work connects the world, which is reason enough to want to try it.
Another deciding factor in joining the company was the atmosphere among the employees
and the cheerfulness of the HR staff during my three visits for job interviews and information sessions.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. It's a dynamic company.
Given the large number of young employees, I think it's a company where you can feel the energy.
I feel the impression that many employees are flexible precisely because of their young age too.
This is a company where you can take on any challenge based on your own motivation,
as there is a lot of individual discretion.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A.When the declaration documents for the large volume of cargo are completed,
and it passed the clearance. I've worked on successfully of all,
it brings peace of mind and builds greater confidence for future jobs.
Q5. What are you into these days?
A.Taking a walk. Walking around the neighborhood,
I find it fascinating to look at all the various houses
and imagine the kind of home I'd like to live in someday.
Since I have a health checkup soon, I'm also making a conscious effort to sweat and boost my metabolism.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A.Making time for myself and going to places surrounded by nature.
I treasure the time when I'm free from everything and can do what I want, when I want.
Also, in places surrounded by nature, I can refresh myself by taking my time
without worrying about people or the times.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A.I'd like to try declaring cargo I've never handled before, such as furniture and air conditioners.
When it comes to furniture, documents are more increased than for auto parts and vehicles,
so I want to master such cases. And I want to interact with many seniors.
Because it becomes easier to ask questions about things I don't know or tasks I'll be handling going forward.
I'll do my best to communicate effectively.

Ms. Ogura seems to take an interest in talking to everyone and actively communicates with her seniors!
I often see people working diligently and cooperating with each other.
It's also very impressive to see how she is always proactive in asking questions
when something is unclear and thoroughly confirms things until she fully understands.
I believe that such a positive attitude also helps build trusting relationships with those around her.
