Q1. 仕事内容は？
A. 輸出輸入不問、港湾にかかわる手配全般を担当しております。
お客様からのご依頼を聞き取り、港湾作業の日程等内容調整、関係関連会社への業務指示、
通関書類作成、まれに税関検査等の立ち合い、営業スタッフに同行しての営業活動、 前職の経験を活かし、
所属事務所スタッフのスキルアップミーティング実施と多岐にわたっています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A. 前職で当時のお客様より（のちの弊社社長になられるお方）お誘い頂き、入社に至りました。
社風が通常の会社とは違い、底抜けに明るい、自由だったので、そこに惚れて入社しました。
入社の際ですが、私が2年もそのお誘いを保留にしていたにも関わらず快く拾って頂きましたこと感謝しかありません。
社長、その節はありがとうございました！
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. ザ・自由。この一言につきます。勿論、ルール・決まり事あっての話ですが。
また、コミュニケーション能力が高いスタッフ多い会社であり、
常に色んな情報伝達ツールを駆使して社外社内問わず発信、受信をしている凄い活気がある会社です！
上昇志向が留まる事を知らない会社 ・壁が少ない会社、多民族国家ならぬ多民族会社化しつつあるのかも…などなど。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. お客様にこのタイミングで、この書類で、この荷物で輸出輸入手配ってどう？と聞かれた際に
バチっと輸出・輸入できた時です。また、「しまちゃん、ありがと～ね！」とお言葉頂いたときは、
電話の向こう側で泣いてます。。。仕事やってて良かったと。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A. ウマ娘のゲーム、マイカーでドライビング、ウィスキー、サイフォン式でコーヒーを作ることです。
ウマ娘に関してはやりすぎで…夜通しやってしまいます。
シナリオが神すぎて目から水が駄々洩れです。今を生きててよかったと思ってます。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A. ドライビングですね。
ドライビングは、車がマニュアルミッション車で操ってる感じがたまらなく気持ち良いです。
夜な夜なゆったりと山間を走行したり、堺から神戸までつながる湾岸線を走行、
明石海峡大橋から神戸へ帰ってくるときの夜景を楽しんだり！
ただ、愛車のご飯がハイオクガソリンなのが玉に瑕。でも可愛いから許します！
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. コロナと共存ってなればの話だと思いますが、
ある一定期間だけ希望者のみで他部署で仕事をしてみることですね。
色んな人の良いところを吸収したいのが本音です。
一生は一度しかないので色んな方とこのノットグローバルホールディングスで仕事がしたいです。
色々と必要なモノがあるので難しいと思いますが。言うは易く行うは難し！！ですね！

ちなみにブルーインパルスの写真とピカタについてのお話が入らなかったので
ここで紹介させていただきますね！
まずはブルーインパルスの写真についてですが、
姫路城の平成大改修完了式典でブルーインパルスが飛来した時の一枚だそうです！
ピカタについては、作り方も教えてくださいました。
本来、日本では豚肉で作るのが主流ですが、ヘルシーにする為に鶏むね肉で作ってみたそうです。
鹿児島生まれということもあり、鹿児島の醤油「むらさき」と擦った生姜と
ぶつ切りの生姜に1日漬け込んだ鶏むね肉を小麦粉・卵多めで衣をつけ、
フライパンで焼き、最後に漬けダレを追いかけして食べた写真だそうです！とても美味しそうですよね！
普段からいろいろなことを教えてくださるので、とても勉強になります！
今後もこの人柄は変わらずにそのままでいていただきたいです！

Q1. What’s your job?
A. I’m in charge of general arrangements related to import and export.
Hearing requests from customers, adjusting schedules of handling at the port, giving business instructions to affiliated companies,creating customs documents, occasionally witnessing customs inspections, accompanying sales staff in sales activities.
Utilizing previous work experience, I have a wide range of activities, such as holding skill-up meetings to our office staff.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A.When I was in my previous job, I was invited to join Knot Global by a customer who later become our C.E.O. I fell in love with the corporate culture, which was different from other companies.
When I joined, I was grateful that I was welcomed even though I held their invitation for two years.
Boss, thank you very much on that occasion!
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. The freedom. Of course, there are also rules and conventions.
In addition, it is a company with a lot of staff with high communication skills,
and it is a very lively company that constantly uses various communication tools to send and receive information both inside and outside the company!
Knot Global is like a company has the ambition will never stop,
a company without obstacles, and a company becoming a multi-ethnic company etc.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. When a customer asks me handling availability regarding export and import,
then I handled in a good timing.
Also, when someone says, "Shima-chan, thank you!",
I cry on the other side of the phone. . . I was glad that I worked hard.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A. Uma Musume's game, driving with my car,
making whiskey and coffee with siphon coffee-maker.
When it comes to Uma Musume, I play too much... sometimes I play all night.
The scenario is so godly good and water will leak from my eyes. I feel I'm alive.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. Driving. I love the feeling that the car is manipulating with a manual transmission.
I enjoy the night view on my way back to Kobe from the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge,
traveling along the coastline from Sakai to Kobe.
The only drawback is that my car uses high-octane gasoline. But it's cute so I forgive it!
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. Depending on covid-19, but I would like to work in other departments with only applicants.
I really want to absorb the good points of various people.
You only live once, so I want to work with various people at Knot Global Holdings.
I know it's difficult because there are various things are necessary.
But saying is easy, doing is defficult! !

By the way, there’s no talk about the images of Blue Impulse and Piccata,
so let me introduce them here! First, about Blue Impulse,
it is one of the photos when Blue Impulse flew in at the Heisei Great Renovation Completion Ceremony of Himeji Castle!
As for Piccata, he also taught me how to make it.
In Japan, it is usually made with pork, but he makes it with chicken breast to make it healthier.
Mr. Shimada was born in Kagoshima,
so the chicken breast is marinated in Kagoshima soy sauce “Murasaki” and chopped ginger for a day.
This is his picture as well! It looks so delicious!
He teaches me a lot of things on a daily basis, so I learn a lot from him!
I hope that his personality will never change in the future!
