こんにちは、採用担当の森本です！
ずいぶん暖かくなり、過ごしやすい気温になってきました☀
今年の梅雨入りは例年よりも早いと言われていますので、
雨対策も今から準備しておかないとですね！
天気だけでなく、気温の変化も激しいので、皆さんお身体ご自愛ください☺
今月も健康保険組合が開催する健康イベント、スマホウォークに奮闘する社員です笑
組合が展開する“PepUp”というシステムを介して健康イベントに参加できるだけでなく、
現在の健康状態や健康年齢、医療費の確認までできちゃいます！
弊社ではこのシステムの登録、各種イベントの参加を促し、少しでも社員の健康意識を高めようと取り組んでいます。
そして現在開催中のスマホウォークでは、一日8,000歩以上を目指して
てくてくてくてく…毎日歩いているわけですが、、、
中でもシステム部の2人が本当に強者です！！
在宅勤務中とは思えないほどの歩数で、他の従業員と圧倒的な差を見せつけています！
そんなシステム部のマネージャーを今月は紹介させていただきます★

Q1. 仕事内容は？
社員が利用しているシステムの開発・機能拡張が主な業務で、その他PC機器等の問い合わせ・トラブル対応も行っています。
また、2021年にシステム部を設立して以来、社外のお客様へのシステム導入提案も行っています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
元々プライベートで友人だった社長からのお誘いです。
システム専任の人材を探していた社長から話を聞き、成長過程の会社でシステム周りを担当することは大変である反面、自身の成長にも直結すると感じたため入社しました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
まだまだ若い会社なので、色々な面で伸びしろのある会社です。
自発的に色々なことにチャレンジできる人が伸びる会社だと思います。
他社に勤めていても同じことが言えると思いますが、ノットグローバルホールディングスはまだまだ小さい会社なので、チャレンジできる機会ががより多いと思います。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
自分が作ったものが使われ、結果、現場が少しでも楽になったときです。
システムは営業や業務の作業効率に直結するため、最適解を導き出すのは大変ですが、それができて、楽になったと声を聞けたときはより嬉しいです。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
・ウォーキング＆ランニング
コロナ禍で運動不足からダイエットを始め、効果を実感してからはより楽しんでやっています。
・観葉植物
売っている植物もいいですが、水耕栽培や株分けから育てていくのもとても楽しいです！
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
・ウォーキング＆ランニング
週末はもちろん、平日も時間を見つけてやるようにしています。
・バスケ観戦（NBA、Bリーグ）
高校時代の後輩がBリーグで選手として活躍しているので、現地応援もたまに行きます。

Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
これからの時代を見越したシステムづくり。
3年ほど前に社内システムは大きな対応をしましたが、会社がより大きくなる将来を見据え、色々なことを考えています。
また、社内に限らず、社外のお客様へも様々なアイデアを実現できるようにしていきたいです。

Hello, this is Morimoto, from HR!
It is said that this year's rainy season will start earlier than usual, so we have to prepare for it!
Not only the weather but also the temperature changes drastically, so please take care of yourself :)
This month, we are trying hard with the “smartphone walk”, a health event held by the health insurance association.
Through the system called "Pep Up" developed by them, you are able to participate in health events, also to check your health condition, health age, and medical expenses from the system!
Company encourage employees to register for this system and participate in various events, in order to raise employee health awareness as much as possible.
And at the smartphone walk currently being held, I am walking every day aiming for more than 8,000 steps a day, but the two members in the System Department are really strong!
I can't imagine that they are working from home.., they are showing an overwhelming difference with other employees.
By the way, this time, we would like to introduce the Manager from System Department this month!

Q1. What’s your job?
My main business is to develop and expand the functions of the internal systems, and we also handle inquiries and troubles regarding PC devices.
In addition, since the system department was established in 2021, we have been proposing a system development to external customers.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
This is because I was invited by the CEO, who was a friend before.
I heard from the CEO that he was looking for a person dedicated to the system developments, then it was difficult to take charge of the system surroundings at a growing company, I felt that it would directly lead to my own growth, so I joined the company.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
Since we are still young company, it has a lot of potential for growth.
I think it is a company where people who can voluntarily take on various challenges grow. So I think there are many opportunities to take on challenges.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
It was the time when the system I made the site became easier to work even a little.
Since the system is directly linked to the work efficiency of sales and business, it is difficult to derive the optimum solution, but I am more happy when I hear that it has become easier.
Q5．What are you into these days?
・Walking & Running
I started a diet since the influence of COVID-19, and after I realized the effect, I enjoyed it more.
・House plants
The plants for sales are also good, but growing plants by myself from hydroponics and propagated by division, are more fun.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
・ Walking & running
I try to make time on weekdays as well as weekends.
・ Watching basketball (NBA, B league)
My juniors from high school are playing successful in the B League, so I sometimes go to support them.

Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
I would like to create a system that anticipates the future.
About three years ago, the internal system changed a lot, but we are thinking about various things in anticipation of the future when the company will grow.
We also want to be able to realize various ideas not only for our system but also for external customers.
