【Q&A】Q1. 仕事内容は？
A. 基本的には、事務所での業務となります。
お客様からご依頼を頂き、本船手配・トラック手配・作業日の調整、通関関連の書類作成など
主に輸出を中心とした船積みの手配を行っています。また、海外代理店とのやりとりも行っています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A. もともと海外に興味があり、留学や国際交流を通して日本だけではなく
世界で通用する仕事がしたいと考えていた時に、ノットグローバルホールディングスに出会いました。
型にはまらない自由な社風も入社を決めた理由の一つです！
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. 固定概念にとらわれないことで、時代に合わせて変化をしていくことが出来る会社です！
また、社員と社員との距離が近いので、わからないことがあっても
相談がしやすくコミュニケーションが取りやすいと感じます！
未経験でも研修を丁寧に行っていただけるので、安心して業務に取り組むことができます。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. 案件を進めていくうえで、天候などの影響でイレギュラーが起きた際に、
お客様や協力会社とスケジュール調整を行い、無事船積みができた時です！
また、お客様に継続して案件を頂くことが出来た時にやりがいを感じます！
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A. YOUTUBEで動画を見ることです！
最近では、サッカー系YOUTUBERというカテゴリーの方たちも増えてきており、
すっかりハマってしまいました！！現役選手や元プロ選手などの
貴重な話なども聞くことができるので、とても面白いです！
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A. 時間がある時は、温泉に行ってゆっくりしています！
たまに販売している豆大福やわらび餅を食べるのもひそかな楽しみです！
また、神戸にはカフェや喫茶店がたくさんあるので、
大好きなカフェラテを飲んで、リフレッシュしています！
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. スパルタンレースの障害物・グッズの手配や『ラグビーワールドカップ2019』で
LEDパネルの運搬のようなスポーツイベントなどの手配にも関わってみたいです！
また、実際の現場も経験し、よりお客様に寄り添った手配をできるようになりたいです！

【Q&A】
Q1. What’s your job?
A. Basically, I work in the office. Upon receiving a request from a customer, we arrange shipping, mainly for export, such as arranging ships, arranging trucks, adjusting work schedule, and creating documents related to customs clearance. We also communicate with overseas agencies.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. I was originally interested in overseas, and through studying abroad and international exchange, I wanted to work not only in Japan but also with the world, then I found Knot Global Holdings. One of the reasons why I decided to join the company is the unconventional and free corporate culture!
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. It is a company that can change according to the times by not being bound by fixed concepts! Also, since the distance between employees is close, it is easy to talk to colleagues even if there is something I face trouble. Even if you are inexperienced, you can work with confidence because of training.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. When the goods transported safely, even if there is an irregularity due to weather or other cause. We coordinate the schedule with the customer and partner companies. Also, I feel rewarded when I can continue to receive projects from customers!
Q5．What are you into these days?
A. Watching videos on YouTube! Recently, the number of people in the category of soccer YouTubers has increased, and I'm totally into it! It's very interesting because you can listen to valuable stories such as active players and former professional players!
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. When I have time, I go to hot springs to relax! I secretly look forward to eating the mame-daifuku and bracken-starch dumplings(warabi-mochi) that are sometimes selling there! Also, there are many cafes and coffee shops in Kobe, so I drink my favorite café latte to refresh myself!
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I would like to be involved in arranging obstacles and goods for the Spartan race, and arranging sports events such as transporting the LED panels for the "Rugby World Cup 2019"! Also, I want to experience the actual handling site and be able to make arrangements that are closer to the customer!

I'm addicted to it as well, and I watch it every night without sparing time for sleep.
While working as a sales assistant at our company's Kobe branch, Ms. Takabatake is active as a player in the women's futsal team Arco Kobe.
I think it's physically difficult to have balance with the work, but Ms.Takabatake is working hard every day, gives everyone energy (^ O ^) /
Moreover, our company is a practice wear sponsor of their team.
