今年もあっという間に過ぎていったな～と感じております(笑)
私的には変化の一年でした(●´ω｀●)

Q1. 仕事内容は？
A．入社し3ヶ月が過ぎ、まだまだ国際輸送のイロハを覚えている段階になります。
海上輸送でのBOOKING、コンテナ配送手配、書類作成、営業活動等、
神戸支店の先輩や上司の方々にサポートして頂きながら、日々仕事に取り組んでいます。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A．日本と海外との架け橋となる国際輸送の仕事に携わりたいと思い、
自分の思い描く働く場所を探していたところ、
興味を持ったのがノットグローバルホールディングスでした。
HPのRECRUIT SITEを見て、松澤社長のインタビューや社員の方々の雑談や
仕事内容から雰囲気等が伝わり、自分もここで働きたいと思う気持ちが強くなりました。
そして面接へと進み、 今ではノットグローバルのRECRUIT SITEを見る側から、
見て頂く側になりました！笑 ありがとうございます★
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A．まず未経験からでも入社できるというところですね！
国際輸送と聞くと、専門知識・スキル・語学などが必要な業界だと感じるかもしれません。
実際に知識や語学、経験があるにこしたことはありません！笑
ですが、先輩や上司の方々が未経験で入社された方々でも、
理解できるようわかりやすく、個々に合ったペースで教えてくれる環境があるからこそ、
未経験ウェルカムな会社だと思っております！
私も入社し3ヶ月が過ぎましたが、 今でもわからないことや理解できないことがあれば、
先輩や上司に何度も聞いています！笑
国際輸送は奥が深く、簡単に理解できないこともありますが、
その分、やれることが増えると、やりがいも増えていきます★
また、所属している神戸支店の話になりますが、トラブルが起こった際も、
連携プレーがとても早く、あっという間に解決に至ります！
私自身がまだ未熟で、少数精鋭の神戸支店メンバーにとっては
大した事ではないことだと思いますが！笑
頼れる先輩、上司の方々がいて私は、日々安心して仕事に取りかかれます！笑
そして、業界的にみても若い世代が多く活躍している会社になると思います。
いい意味で、若い世代が多いと経験値は少ない分たくさん吸収することができ、
行動量も増え、新しいことへのチャレンジにも繋がると思います★
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A．まだまだ日々覚えることが多いので、それが理解できて、
やれることが増え、支店メンバーのサポートが少しでもできるようになった時ですね★
これからたくさんの経験を積み、お客様や協力会社様、関係者の方々に、
たくさんの「ありがとう！」のお言葉を頂けるよう頑張っていくのと同時に
たくさんのやりがいを感じていきたいです★
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A．観葉植物との会話です！笑
最近寒いのか元気がない為、「どーしたん？元気ないよ！
どーしたら元気でるん？水？日差し？土？愛？！！」と話しかけています！
が・・・返事がありません！困ったものです！笑
会話で困るのは、英語だけにしてほしいですね！笑
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A．海沿いをジョギングしたり、音楽を聴いたり、アコギやウクレレを弾いて
気分転換しています♫春夏はビーチでゴロゴロしたり山へハイキング、
寒くなってきた最近は温泉に行ったりカフェでまったりしています☆
あとは家の掃除です！キレイになると気持ちいいですからね★
また、日常になるのですが、海が見える家に引っ越したので、朝は海を眺めながら
コーヒーを飲むこと☕通勤時も、朝日を浴びながら、「今日も気持ちいいなぁ★」と思い、
出勤しています★夕日が最高にキレイで1日の疲れを癒やしてくれます★

あっ！オシャレな感じでかっこつけてコーヒーと言いましたが、白湯でしたね★笑
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A．まずは、今いただいている職務をしっかりこなす為、
国際輸送の知識を増やし、スキルを高め、結果を出していきたいです。
そして、多くの方々にノットグローバルを知ってもらえる営業活動を行っていきたいです。
また2025年に向けて、大阪万博や大阪舞洲IR計画等動き出しているので、
輸入案件にも目を向けていきたいです★
今後も関西は盛り上がっていくのでとても楽しみです☆

Q1. What’s your job?
A．Three months have passed since I joined the company,
and I am still learning the basics of international transport.
I work every day with the support of seniors and superiors at the Kobe branch,
such as BOOKING of sea transportations, container delivery arrangements,
document preparations, and sales activities.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A．When I was looking for a place to work, I would like to be the bridge between Japan and overseas. Then, I was interested in Knot Global Holdings.
When I saw the RECRUIT SITE on the HP, I was able to get work details and the work atmosphere from interviews with C.E.O, Matsuzawa, employees chats, and , which made me want to work here.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A．First of all, you can join the company even if you have no experience!
When you hear international transportation, you may feel that it is an industry that requires specialized knowledge, skills, and language skills.
In fact, of course, there is nothing better than having knowledge, language skills, and experience. However, even if you have no experience, seniors and boss will teach you in an easy-to-understand manner and at a pace that suits you.
It's been three months since I joined the company, but even now, if there's something I don't understand or don't understand, I sometimes ask my seniors and superiors over and over again!
International transportation is very complicated, and there are some things that are not easy to understand, but the more things you can do, the more rewarding it will be.
Also, at the Kobe branch I belong to, even if a problem occurs, the cooperative work is very quick, and it will be solved so fast!
With seniors and SV I can rely on, I can go about my work with peace of mind every day!
And I think it will be a company where many young people are active in the industry.
In a good way, if there are many younger generations, they will be able to absorb a lot of their experience, which will lead to more activities, and will lead to new challenges.★
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A．I still have a lot to learn every day, so I feel rewarded when I can understand it,
do more things, and become able to support branch members even a little★
From now on, I want to accumulate a lot of experience, and at the same time I want to do my best so that customers, cooperating companies, and related parties will say "thank you!"
Q5．What are you into these days?
A．A conversation with houseplants! lol
Recently, the plants aren't doing well, so I'm talking to them, like "What's wrong? They're not doing well! What's going on? Water? Sunshine? Soil? Love?!!"
But... no reply! I'm in trouble! lol
I want English to be the only thing I struggle with in conversation!
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A．Jogging by the sea, listening to music, playing the acoustic guitar and ukulele to change my mood ♫
In the spring and summer, I laze on the beach and hike in the mountains. ☆
Now it's time to clean the house! It feels good to be beautiful★
Also, although it has become a daily routine, I moved to a house with an ocean view,
so I drink coffee while looking at the ocean in the morning☕
Even when I go to work, I am bathed in the morning sun and think,
"Today feels great, too★" and go to work★
The sunset is the most beautiful and heals the tiredness of the day★

Ah! I used coffee in a fashionable way, but it was plain hot water.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A．First of all, I would like to increase my knowledge of international transportation,
improve my skills, and produce results in order to properly perform my current duties.
And I would like to carry out sales activities so that many people will know about KnotGlobal.
Also, with the Osaka Expo and the Osaka Maishima IR project underway,
we are also looking at import projects for 2025★
Kansai will continue to thrive in the future, so I'm really looking forward to it☆
