街中を見ていると葉が色づいてきて紅葉が始まったように思います。

【Q&A】
Q1. 仕事内容は？
A. 船積にかかる業務全般をしています。現在は輸出の船積案件を触ることが多いです。
営業スタッフが決めてくれた案件を弊社の引受範囲に応じて、
船のBOOKINGから、コンテナなどの配送手配、お客様への案内、バンニング作業後の申告業務、
お客様への請求、外地代理店とのやり取りなどが主な業務です。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A. 仕事を探していたタイミングで、ノットグローバルで私の友人の友人が働いており、
声をかけてもらったのがきっかけです。 今思えば、まったく業界未経験で知識もなかった私を
よく拾ってくださったな。。。と思います（ありがとうございます！！）
もう10年以上も前になりますが、働いている社員の皆さんも若い方が多く、自由な雰囲気で、
そこが今まで自分が働いてきたところとは違うな、と思い惹かれました。
余談ですが、社会人になりたてくらいの時に占いに行ったら、
「あなたは物流業界で働くのが合ってる」って言われたこともあったなぁ…と。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A.文字通り、まだまだ「変化」している最中の会社だと思います。
在宅勤務の導入もその一つですね。ここ２，３年は世界情勢的に不安なことも多かったですが、
一つに縛られない働き方を会社が提示してくれて、安心して仕事に取り組めました。
又、「なにかこういうことをしてみたい」とか「こうしたほうがいいんじゃないかな」という意見や
提案を頭ごなしに「ダメ！」とは言わない柔軟さと自由さがあります。
社員それぞれに得意・不得意があると思うので、それぞれがいいところを活かせる会社だと思います。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A.お客様から仕事を頂いて、「結構タイトなスケジュールだな…」と思った案件が、
自分の立てたスケジュール通りに案件がスムーズに流れて、許可があがり、
無事に輸出・輸入ができた時ですね！ まだまだ奥の深い仕事だと思うので、
知らないことやわからないことを学べたり、習得できた時に、やりがいを感じます。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A.最近始めたマシンピラティスにハマっています！
仕事柄座りっぱなしなので、肩こりや首こりがひどいのですが、
その改善や身体の歪みなどもマシになればいいなぁと思っています。
又、Netflixでドラマを観たり、Youtubeでコワいゲームの実況を観たりしてますね～。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A.上でも書いてしまいましたが、マシンピラティスしにいったり、
家の近所を散歩したりするのも好きです。映画を観に行ったり、お芝居もすきなので、
宝塚歌劇などを観に行くこともあります。友達と美味しいものを食べに行ったりするのも癒やしの一つです。
又、ネイルチップをつくるのがすきで、たまにやりますね。自爪にネイルしたりもします。
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A.現在は輸出メインで業務をしているので、輸入やCFS業務、エアーなど
その他の業務も学んでいけたらと思います。
又、今やっている業務のマニュアル作成を隙間を見て行っているので、
それを増やして、他のスタッフと業務を横のラインでもっと共有していければと思っています。

【Q&A】
Q1. What’s your job?
A. I do all the work related to shipping. Currently, I often handle on export shipping jobs.
Depending job that our sales got, I will take care of every shipping arrangement from booking vessels, arranging the delivery of containers to container port, etc.,
providing guidance to the customer, reporting after the vanning work,
billing the customer, and dealing with overseas agents. My main duty is interaction with related companies.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. At the time I was looking for a job, a friend of my friend was working at Knot Global,
and he introduced me. Looking back, I was really glad that they hired me who was completely inexperienced in this industry. I had zero knowledge. . . (Thank you very much!!)
It's been more than 10 years now, but most of the employees here are young, and the company atmosphere is free.
I felt fascinated the point of this differences.
It is off the subject, but when I went to see a fortune teller at that time, I was told that "you should work in the logistics industry."
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. Literally, I think that the company is still in the process of “changing”.
The adoption of WFH is one of the good example.
I felt nervous in the first two or three years, but the company offered us a work style that was not tied to one, and I was able to work without worries.
In addition, I felt company accepts the flexibility and freedom and do not to say "no" for opinions and suggestions.
I think that each employee has their strengths and weaknesses,
but I think each employee is able to utilize their strengths.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. When I received a job from a customer and thought,
"It's a pretty tight schedule...", but the project flowed smoothly according to the schedule I made, then, the export permission received, finally I was able to export and import safely!
I think it's a profound industry, so I find rewarding when I learn or acquire new things I don't know.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A. I'm addicted to machine pilates that I started recently!
Due to my work, I have to sit all day, so I have terrible stiff shoulders and neck, but I hope that it will go well and the distortion of my body will be better.
Also, I watch dramas on Netflix and watch scary game lives on Youtube.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A.As I wrote above, I also like going to machine pilates also walking around my neighborhood.
I often go to the movies, also like plays in the theatres, so I sometimes go seeing the Takarazuka Revue.
Eating out delicious foods with friends is also a way of healing.
Also, I like sometimes making nail tips as well as on my own nails.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. Currently, I am mainly working on exports, so I would like to learn about imports, CFS operations, and other operations such as air.
Also, I'm currently working on creating the work manuals, so I'd like to complete it and share to other staff.
