個人的な話にはなりますが、
亡き愛犬の誕生花でほんとにこの言葉通りでとても長生きでした♪

Q1. 仕事内容は？
A．船社へのBOOKING、ドレージの手配、通関書類の作成など
海上輸出、輸入で必要な手配全般をしております。
場合によって外地代理店とのやり取りもしております。
また、中国語を使って中国やマレーシアなどの顧客の対応もしております。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A．流行病でアパレル業が休業に追い込まれていたので、
意を決して転職活動を始めましたが、 母国語を活かした仕事がしたく、
国際貿易関係の会社を探していたタイミングで出会いました。
自由な社風に惹かれ、面接の際の雰囲気が心地よくて入社を決意しました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A．未経験でこの業界に飛び込みましたが、先輩や仲間がたくさんサポートしてくださいます。
社員同士の関係性について、国籍や年齢関係なく勤務中は良い上司・先輩・同僚でありながら、
プライベートでは良い友人・家族のように親しく、
たまに冗談も言い合えるような良い関係性だと思っております。 いい意味で仲間が多く、自由な会社です。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A．母国語が活かされる時です。
海外の顧客に中国語で仕事の内容を説明し、 それがうまく伝わった時は本当にうれしかったです。
また、輸入申告の際、必要な書類が中国語で書かれており、
それを翻訳し、輸入通関が無事に終わった時は達成感で満たされておりました。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A．ゲーム・ライブ鑑賞・カラオケです。
特にライブ鑑賞は流行病で一時期全てゼロになっておりましたので、
最近は少なくとも月一で参戦しております。(笑)
ゲームは自分でやるよりゲーム実況や生配信が好きですが、
最近PS5を買いましたので、龍が如くシリーズとNieRシリーズをやるのがとても楽しみです。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A． 釣りと動物園、水族館に行くことです！
生き物がとにかく好きで、見ていて癒されます。
釣りは魚を捕獲するより、ただ静かに海を眺めるのが好きですが、
たまに魚が針に掛かった時の重みや引き合いが最高に楽しいです。
ですが…カラオケで叫ぶのが一番の発散になります。(笑)
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A．今以上に語学力を仕事に活かしたいと思っております！
英語は少し苦手ですが、この仕事では不可欠なので、これからは頑張って勉強しようと思っております。
通関業務に関する知識も身につけられるように頑張っていきたいと思っております！

This month, we will deliver a photo of nemophila~(^^❀
Nemophila is a cute flower,
but it has a strong vitality and is a flower with a strong side that grows steadily even in a harsh environment!
This is going to be a personal story,
it was the birth flower of my late beloved dog, and she lived a very long life as she said.
It's a special flower for me too (●´ω｀●)

【Q&A】
Q1. What’s your job?
A．We make all necessary arrangements for marine exports and imports,
such as booking with shipping companies, drayage arrangements,
and preparation of customs documents. In some cases, we also interact with overseas agencies.
We also use Chinese to deal with customers from China, Malaysia, and other countries.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A．The virus epidemic forced the apparel industry to close,
so I made up my mind to start looking for a new job.
I met you when I was looking for a company related to international trade
because I wanted to use my native language in my work.
I was attracted to the company culture and decided to join the company
because the atmosphere during the interview was comfortable.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A．I jumped into this industry inexperienced,
but my seniors and colleagues support me a lot. Regarding the relationship between employees,
regardless of nationality or age, I think it is a good relationship where they are good bosses,
seniors, and colleagues while working, but they are close friends and family members in private,
and sometimes joke with each other.
In a good way, it is a company with a lot of friends and a sense of freedom.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. It's time to make the most of your native language.
I was really happy when I explained the details of my work in Chinese to overseas customers,
and when they were able to communicate well.
Also, at the time of import declaration, the necessary documents were written in Chinese,
and I was filled with a sense of accomplishment when I translated them
and the import customs clearance was completed successfully.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A．Playing games, watching live performances, and karaoke.
In particular, live viewing has been down to zero for a while due to the epidemic of viruses,
so recently I've been participating at least once a month. When it comes to games,
I prefer watching game commentaries and live streams rather than playing them myself,
but since I recently bought a PS5, I'm really looking forward to playing the Ryu ga Gotoku series and the NieR series.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A．Fishing and going to zoos and aquariums!
I like living things anyway, and I feel healed when I look at them.
Rather than catching fish, I like just quietly watching the sea.
Sometimes the weight and inquiries when a fish hangs on a hook are the most fun.
But... shouting at karaoke is the best way to vent!
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A．I want to make the most of my language skills in my work!
I'm not good at English, but it's essential for this job, so I'm going to study hard from now on.
Also, I would like to work hard so that I can acquire knowledge about customs clearance work!
