桜が満開の時期ですね❀
皆さんお花見はしましたか？
私は、少し早いですが三月末に代々木公園でお花見をしました！
新しいことが始まる季節ということで、
入社式後、一週間の間の出来事を紹介していきたいと思います！
―新人研修２日目―
午前 フォワーダー業務について動画鑑賞
午後 ブログ作成 / 電話対応
貿易用語が多く、理解するのに苦戦中です(´；ω；`)
電話対応では、一人ずつデモで電話を取り、練習をしました！
―新人研修３日目―
社会人マナー研修
この日は外部の研修に行きました。社会人になる上で最低限必要なマナーを教えて頂きました✍
この研修を受けて、成長するために、言葉遣いや名刺交換、電話対応をしっかりと出来るようになりたいと思います!
―新人研修４日目―
午前 コンテナの種類説明 / 船社探し
午後 PC教室
貨物を運ぶのに必要なコンテナの種類を学びました！
また、貨物を運ぶ船社を探さなければならないので、実際に要望の予定に合わせて船社探しをしました。
PC教室ではExcelの基本的な使い方とショートカットキーについて学びました！
地道な作業に慣れるまでに、少し時間がかかりそうです(´・ω・`)
―新人研修５日目―
午前 ビジネスメール / 貿易用語の暗記 / 船社探し
午後 貿易用語のテスト / タイピング練習 / 船社探し
この日は新しくビジネスメールについて学びました！
メールは、分かりやすく簡潔に作成しなければなりませんでした。言葉遣いなども難しかったです。
ほかの作業は前回やった作業の繰り返しなので、少しずつ実践して覚えていきたいです☺
―新人研修６日目―
港見学
この日は横浜の港に実際に行きました。実際に見て感じたことはとにかく大きい( ﾟДﾟ)
貨物船が日本に入ってくるのも、船をターミナルに停めるにもたくさんの会社が関わっていて、
本当にスケールの大きい事業に携わっていることに気づくことが出来ました。
この一週間の研修では、たくさんのことを学ぶことが出来ました。
情報量が多く、忙しい一週間でしたが、すごくやりがいを感じました。研修期間が終わり、これから実践が始まるので、
焦らず少しずつ完璧に進めていきたいです☆彡
ちなみに…
初華金では、新卒のメンバーで飲みに行きました！
全員で集まることは出来なかったのですが、すごく楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました☺
来月に新入社員歓迎会があるので、全員で参加できるのを楽しみにしています！！

It's time for the cherry blossoms to be in full bloom❀
Did you go to see cherry blossoms?
I went to see cherry blossoms in end of March!
It’s the season for new things to begin.
I introduce my induction training week!
-Day2-
Morning Watch a video about forwarder operations
Afternoon Write a blog / Receiving telephone calls
There are lots of trade term, so I’m struggling to understand( ；∀；)
In the receiving telephone calls, I practiced by picking up the phone one at a time in demonstration!
-Day3-
Manner training for office worker
On this day, I went to an outside training. We were taught the minimum manners required to be a member of society. ✍
I would like to take this training to grow and be able to use good language, exchange business cards, and answer the phone!
-Day4-
Morning Study a container type / Find a shipping company
Afternoon PC classroom
I learned about the types of containers needed to transport cargo!
I also had to find a shipping company to carry our cargo,
so I actually looked for a vessel according to the schedule of our requests.
In the PC classroom, I learned basic Excel usage and shortcut keys!
It will take some time to get used to the steady work(´・ω・`)
-Day5-
Morning Business male / Memorization of trade words / Find a shipping company
Afternoon Test of trade words / Practice the typing / Find a shipping company
On this day, I learned about a new business email! Emails had to be clear and concise.
It was also difficult to use honorific language, etc. The other tasks are repetitions of what I did last time,
so I want to practice and learn little by little☺
-Day6-
Tour of the Port
I went Yokohama port. What I actually saw and felt was just huge( ﾟДﾟ)
Many companies are involved in bringing cargo ships into Japan and in parking them at terminals.
I realized that I am involved in a truly large scale business.
I learned a lot during this week of training. It was a busy week with a lot of information, but I found it very rewarding.
Now that the training period is over and practice is about to begin, I want to proceed with perfection little by little
without rushing☆彡
By the way…
My first Friday as a working person, I went out for a drink with the colleague of the team!
I couldn’t all get together, but I had a great time☺
There's a welcome party for new employees next month, so I look forward to being there with all of colleague!(^^)!
