私は、逗子映画祭などいくつかのフェスに行きました～♪
しばらく祝日はありませんが適度に休みを取りながら頑張りましょうー！

Q1.仕事内容は？
A. 私は営業部アシスタントですので、国内の手配を担当しています。
ブッキングから船が出港するまで、全て一人でやります。
お客様とのメール・電話対応などによって
自身のコミュニケーション能力をレベルアップすることが出来ます。
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A. フリーアドレスなので好きな場所で仕事をすることも、近い距離で同僚と楽しく仕事をすることもできます。
私は窓際がお気に入りです。疲れた時は外のフレッシュな空気を吸ったり、
外の景色を眺めながら休憩したりすることもできます。まさに私とって理想的なオフィス環境です。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. ノットグローバルHDは他の日本企業とは違うと思います。大家族みたいです。
同期は兄弟のようであり、先輩は頼れる兄妹のようなものです。
「困ったら、何でもいいから聞いてね」といつも言ってくれます。
外国人の私にとっては凄く安心することが出来、やる気も出ました。
ノットグローバルHDで働くことが出来て良かったといつも思います。
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. 仕事で１番やりがいを感じたのは、2024年の春頃に上海に戻った時にノットグローバルとして
上海の代理店のY’Zへ訪問したことです。そのきっかけで仕事に対する自信が付き、会社への帰属意識も深まりました。
その訪問で、良い勉強になりました。今後も機会があればと思っています。
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A. 時間があるときは、ウクレレで好きな曲を弾いたり、新しい歌を弾いたりしています。
学ぶのは難しいかもしれませんが、練習に集中して、一日があっという間に過ぎ、充実感が得られて気分も良くなります。他には、韓国ドラマを見ることも好きです。全ジャンルを観るわけではないです。
ファンタジーやサスペンス、お化けに関する作品の方が好きです。
一人で観るのは怖いですが、それでも手で隠しながら最後まで観てしまいます...
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A. 疲れた時は、福岡支店のビルのB1にあるリフレッシュルームに行って、挽きたてのモカコーヒーを一杯買います。
140円に値上がりしましたが、それでも好きです。夏にはコーヒーの苦みを味わいながら氷を噛みます。
冬には、熱いモカを一口飲むと、一日の仕事を楽しんで始めることが出来ます。
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. 今後はもっと輸入の案件をやりたいと思っています。まだ輸入の知識は浅く
知識を高めたいので、各方面への成長もしていきたいと思っています。
また、福岡支店では新卒入社の社員が少ないため、これから私も後輩の指導をしたいです！！

How was your GW?
I went to several festivals, including the Zushi Film Festival♪

Name: Dan Xia (everyone at the branch calls me Nacchan)
Place / Department: Fukuoka branch / Salse department

University of origin: Musashino University
Q1. What’s your job?
A. I’m a sales department assistant, I’m in charge of domestic arrangements.
I do everything by myself, from the booking to the ship leaving port.
I can quickly improve my communications skills by responding to e-mails and phone calls with customers.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. I decided to join this company because of the freedom of the work environment.
I like to sit by the window. When I am tired, I can take a break to breathe in the fresh air and take in the view outside.
It’s truly an ideal office environment for me.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. I think KG is different from other Japanese companies. It’s like a big family.
My colleagues are like siblings, and seniors are like brothers and sisters I can count on. They always tell me,
“If you need help, just ask me anything.” As a foreigner, I felt very comfortable and motivated.
I’m always happy to work for KG.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. The most rewarding part of my job was a visit to Y’Z, our agency in Shanghai,
as KG when I returned to Shanghai around the spring of 2024.
It gave me more confidence in my work and a greater sense of belonging to the company.
I learned a good deal from that visit. I hope to have more opportunities in the future.
Q5. What are you into these days?
A. When I have time, I play my favorite songs on the ukulele or play new songs. It can be hard to learn,
but focus on your practice, the day is flying by, and I feel better with a sense of fulfillment.
I also like to watch Korean dramas. I don’t watch all genres. I prefer works about fantasy,
suspense and horror. I’m afraid to watch horror movies alone,
but I still hide them with my hands and watch them to the end…
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. When I’m tired, I go to the refreshment room in the B1 of the Fukuoka branch building
and buy a cup of freshly ground mocha coffee. The price has gone up to 140 yen,
but I still like it. In summer, crunch the ice while savoring the bitterness of coffee. In the winter,
a sip of hot mocha is an enjoyable way to start the day’s work.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I would like to do more about import jobs from now on.
My knowledge of imports is still weak and I want to improve my knowledge,
so I also want to grow in various fields. In addition, since there are only a few new graduate employees
at the Fukuoka branch, I would like to mentor junior employees in the future as well!!
