もうそろそろ今年も半分終わりますね！
この半年は楽しい思い出もありますが、
時間が経つのが早すぎて何にも達成できていない気もします笑
皆さんはいかがでしょうか？
残りの半年なので仕事もプライベートも目標を達成できるように
気を引き締めていきます！
それでは、少し話がずれてしまいましたが、
今回のブログは．．．

Q1.仕事内容は？
A. 営業アシスタントとして、各種手配を担当しています。
主な業務は、船のブッキング・トラックの手配・通関の依頼など多岐にわたり、
輸出入に関わる幅広い業務に携っています。
また、現地代理店とのやり取りやフォローも行い、
案件のスムーズなサポートをしています。
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A. 大学卒業は飲食業界で社員として働いていましたが、
次第にこの業界で働き続けることに疑問を感じるようになり、思い切って全く異なる業界への転職を決意しました。
未経験でも応募可能な会社を探しているうちに、気づけば自然と履歴書を提出していました（笑）
選考中はとにかくメールの返信が早くて、とても驚いたのを覚えています。
一次面接は横浜支店で行われたのですが、現在横浜で働いているのも何かのご縁だと感じています。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A. 未経験でこの業界に飛び込みましたが、先輩や仲間の皆さんが暖かくサポートしてくださっています。
日本の伝統的な企業文化とは異なり、外国人にとっても働きやすい環境が整っており、
代理店とのやり取りでは英語を使う場面も多くあります。
また、Q2の質問でも触れたとおり、非常にスピード感のある会社で日々刺激を受けながら働いています。
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. お客様から「ありがとう」と言っていただけた時には、大きなやりがいを感じます。
業務をスムーズに進められた時や、トラブルを解決できた時には、自分の努力が認められ、
信頼を得ることが出来たと実感します。さらに、初めて担当した輸出入の案件が無事に完了した際には、
非常に大きな達成感を得られました。
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A. 旅行が大好きで、年に1回は広島へ、年に1～2回はタイへ行きます。
何度も訪れていますが、本当に大好きな場所です。
旅行中に様々な人と出会い、コミュニケーションを取れることが何よりも楽しいです。
特に現地の方とのふれあいや、観光地ではないローカルな場所を訪れるのが好きです。
言葉が完全に通じなくても、笑顔やジェスチャーで気持ちが伝わった時に心が温かくなります。
これからも時間を見つけて色々な国や地域を訪れたいと思っています。
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A. 私のリフレッシュ方法は主に３つあります。１つ目は激辛料理を食べる事です。
四川出身なので、小さい頃から辛い物に慣れていて、特に火鍋が大好きです。
辛さで汗をかくと、気分もすっきりします。２つ目は友人とカラオケに行くことです。
大きな声で歌うとストレス発散が出来て、いつも元気になれます。
３つ目は料理作ることです。最近はタイ料理にハマっていて、トムヤムクンやガパオライスなどに挑戦しています。
新しいレシピを試すのはとても楽しいです。こうしたリフレッシュ方法のおかげで、
忙しい日々でも前向きな気持ちで過ごすことが出来ます。
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. もう少し通関や営業に関する知識を身につけ、業務への理解をさらに深めたいと考えています。
また、まだ十分に慣れていない輸入案件にも徐々に対応できるようになり、
今以上に語学力を仕事に活かしていきたいと思っております。
イレギュラーな対応にも落ち着いて取り組める力を身に付けたいと考えております。

Hello, this is Yoshino:)
It's almost halfway through the year!
I have some happy memories of the last 6 months, but
I also feel like time is passing too quickly and I haven't accomplished anything lol
How about you all?
We have six months left, so I will be bracing myself to achieve my goals both at work and in my personal life!
Now, I know this is a little off topic.

Q1. What’s your job?
A. As a sales assistant, I’m in charge of various arrangements.
My main duties include booking vessels, arranging trucks, requesting customs clearance,
and a wide range of other tasks related to imports and exports.
I also communicate with and follow up with local agents to ensure smooth support for projects.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. After graduating from university, I worked as the restaurant industry.
But gradually I began to doubt my ability to continue working in this industry,
and I decided to take the plunge and change careers to a completely different industry.
As I was looking for a company to which I could apply with no experience,
I found myself submitting my resume naturally lol During the selection process,
I remember being very surprised at how quickly they responded to my emails anyway.
The first interview was held at the Yokohama branch, and I feel that it is some kind of fate
that I’m now working in Yokohama.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. I jumped into this industry with no experience, but my seniors and fellow workers have warmly supported me.
Unlike traditional Japanese corporate culture, they’ve a good working environment for foreigners,
and there’re many situations where English is used when communicating with agents.
Also, as I mentioned in my Q2 question, I work in a very fast-paced company that stimulates me every day.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when a customer says,
“Thank you!" When I’m able to smoothly carry out my work or solve a problem,
I feel that my efforts have been recognized and that I have gained trust. Furthermore,
when I successfully completed my first import/export job, it gave me a great sense of accomplishment.
Q5. What are you into these days?
A. I love to travel and go to Hiroshima once a year and to Thailand once or twice a year.
I’ve visited many times and really love this place. The most enjoyable part of the trip is being able to meet
and communicate with a wide variety of people.
I especially like interacting with the locals and visiting non-touristy local places.
Even if you don't completely understand the language, it warms your heart when you can convey your feelings
with a smile or a gesture. I hope to find time to visit more countries and regions in the future.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. I have three main ways to refresh myself. First, eating hot and spicy food.
Being from Sichuan, I’ve been accustomed to spicy food since I was a little girl,
and I especially love hot pot. Sweating from the spiciness will make me feel better.
Second, go to karaoke with friends. Singing out loud relieves stress and always makes me feel better.
Last, cooking. Recently, I’ve into Thai food and have tried Tom Yam Kung, Gapao rice, etc. I love trying new recipes.
Thanks to these refreshing methods, I can keep a positive attitude even in my busy days.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I would like to learn a little more about customs clearance and sales to further
deepen my understanding of the business.
I’m also gradually learning to handle import jobs that I’m not yet fully familiar with,
and I hope to use my language skills in my work even more than I do now.
I want to acquire the ability to calmly tackle irregular situations.

She’s a good worker and a safe person to work with.
She also knows a lot about good Chinese restaurants, and when I personally want to eat Chinese food,
I end up asking her for her recommendation. She’s my junior, but I really respect her attitude
of accomplishing things no matter how hard it is!!!”

I would like to ask LU about a good Chinese restaurant too. I only go to Chinese restaurants near our headquarters.
So when I go to Yokohama, I would like to ask LU about good Chinese restaurants!
