江の島の海の家は７月から開催しているとか・・・

Q1.仕事内容は？
A.代表のアシスタントとして運転業務、各種庶務、港や現場に出て荷物の搬入作業の手伝いや、
グループ会社の請求書作成、確認業務を担当しています。
幅広い業務を通じて、代表のサポートと円滑な事業運営に貢献できるように働いています。
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A.前職が印刷会社で、印刷業界の将来に不安がありました。
そんな時に友人の紹介で弊社の代表にお会いすることができ、
代表の人を惹きつける人柄とポジティブで明るい性格に強く惹かれました。
特殊なポジションではありましたが、自分より他者を優先し、
サポートすることにやりがいを感じる自分の性格にピッタリ合う仕事内容だと思い、入社を決めました。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A.社員同士の仲が良く、風通しの良い会社だと思います。
社内のイベントには多くの社員が参加し、他支店、他部署の人たちと交流を深めています。
また、1人1人が自分の役割を把握し、目標に向かって日々業務を遂行しています。
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A.代表の手伝いだけでなく、業務・人事・営業と多岐にわたる部署のサポートを出来ること。
ちょっとした手伝いでも感謝されると、嬉しい気持ちになります。
イレギュラーなポジションな分、他社員の手伝いで貢献ができると自分の存在意義を感じられて嬉しいです。
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A.最近はアニメと海外ドラマの鑑賞にハマっています。
「僕のヒーローアカデミア」と「SUITS」です。
これからはトレーニングにも本格的に取り組んでいきたいと思っています！
最近ジムに入会したので、時間があれば通えるようにメンタル作りを頑張ります。
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A.大好きなバンドの推し活をすることです。
バンドの全国ツアーは、自分の住んでいる地域に近い会場と行ったことのない都道府県の会場に参戦しています。
ライブが目的なので、弾丸旅行になってもライブに参戦して、美味しいものが食べられれば大満足です。
また、バンドメンバーの1人が店長を務める古着屋さんに行き、直接ライブの感想を話したり、
古着を見たりもしています。推しは推せるときに推しましょう。
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A.代表の業務がスムーズになることで、会社の運営もスムーズになると思います。
そのサポートが出来るようにもっと出来る仕事を増やしていき、代表をサポートしていきたいです。
同時に他の社員ともコミュニケーションをとり、少しでもサポートできるようにレベルアップしていきたいです。

最初はどんな人か分からず、真面目に仕事をしている人という印象がありました。
関わっていくうちにYOHEIさんはおもしろい方でNOとは言わず、なんでも手伝ってくれるYESマンの印象に変わりました！
そして一番印象に残っているのは、代表がオフィスの遠くから「YOHEI!!」と呼んでもすぐに気づいて駆けつける姿です！笑
オフィスが騒がしい中でも、反応していたので凄いなと思っていました笑

Q1. What’s your job?
A. As an assistant to the CEO, I’m in charge of driving, various general affairs,
going out to ports and job sites to help with the loading and unloading of cargo,
and preparing and checking invoices for a group company.
Working to support him and contribute to the smooth operation of the business through a wide range of duties.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. My previous job was at a printing company, and I was concerned about the future of this company.
At that time, a friend introduced me to our company’s CEO,
and I was strongly attracted to his engaging personality and positive, cheerful disposition.
Although it was a special position, I thought the job description would fit my personality,
which finds it rewarding to put others before myself and to provide support.
That’s why I decided to join the company.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. Employees get along with each other and the company is very open.
Many employees participate in company events
and deepen exchanges with people from other branches and departments.
In addition, each person understands their own role and carries out daily work toward the goal.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth of work?
A. The ability to assist not only the CEO, but also a wide variety of departments such as operations,
human resources, and sales. Because of the irregular nature of the position,
I’m happy to contribute by assisting other employees and feel the significance of my existence.
Q5. What are you into these days?
A. Recently, I’ve been into watching anime and foreign dramas. “My Hero Academia” and” SUITS”.
I would like to get serious about training from now on! I recently joined the gym
and I’m working on my mental health so that I can go when I have time.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. I’m supporting my favorite band. The band’s national tours are entered at venues close to where I live
and in prefectures I’ve never been to. The purpose of the trip is to see live concerts,
so even if it’s a bullet trip, I’ll be very satisfied if I can attend the live concert and eat delicious food.
I also go to a vintage clothing store where one of the band members is the manager
and talk to him directly about what I thought of the show and look at vintage clothing!

Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I believe that the smooth running of the company will be facilitated by the smooth running of the CEO operations.
I would like to increase the work I can do and support the CEO so that I can provide that assistance.
At the same time, I would like to communicate with other employees and improve my level
to provide as much help as possible.

Mr. YOHEI is a mid-career hire, but he and I joined this company as the same year!
At first, I didn't know what kind of person he was, and I had the impression that he was a serious man doing his job.
As I got involved, I got the impression that he is an interesting person who never says no
and is a yes man who will help you with anything!
The most memorable thing about him was the way he would immediately notice and run to the office
when the CEO would call out "YOHEI! from far away! lol
