4月末となり、新生活が少しずつ落ち着いている頃でしょうか？
そしてもうすぐゴールデンウィークに入りますね☆彡
皆さんはこの休日は何をされますか？
きっと買い物をしに行くのは必須ですよね！笑
お休みまであと少し頑張りましょう！
そして、今回のブログは「新入社員の研修期間の様子について」です！！
今回は研修1週目の様子をお伝えします！
毎日Instagramのストーリーでは、新入社員の様子をお見せしていたので
知っている方も何人かいらっしゃると思いますが…
ここでは少し詳しく研修の様子をお見せします♡

ー研修２日目ー
午前 GW×2・社内ルール
午後 先輩トーク・座学・タイピングテスト
２日目は座学メインでグループワークに時間をかけました！
他には、社会人としてのマナーを簡単に説明し、
午後は営業部のマネージャーへの質疑応答がありました～！
ー研修3日目ー
午前 この日は座学メインでした！
お昼には、それぞれ先輩にご飯を誘ってランチをしました！
午後 先輩トークの後は各自で勉強し、テストを受けていました。
この日は、タイピングテストを行い、必死に練習に励んでいました！
ー研修4日ー
午前 ２・３日目とは別の内容で座学を行いました！
国際物流の基礎を説明し、KGの業務内容について理解を深める機会となったのではないでしょうか。
午後 先輩トーク・通関研修・国際物流のテスト対策を行いました！
今年は、１週目で新卒の歓迎会があったので、
研修４日目終了後は皆で楽しくお話をしながら食事をしました～♪
この一週間は基礎的なマナーや社会人としての姿勢について主にやりました。
ＧＷでも様々なお題を使っていたので私自身も勉強になるようなことばかりでした！

It’s the end of April, and I hope you’re settling into your new life a little bit.
And we will soon be entering Golden Week☆彡
*Consecutive national holidays
What will you be doing on this holiday?
I bet you must go shopping! lol
Let’s work hard until the vacations!
I’m sure some people know the contents of our Instagram stories every day,
as we’ve been showing you what our new employees have been up to…
Here’s a little more about the new employee training in a little more detail♡
The induction day was

-Training Day 2-
AM Group Work ×2 / company rule
PM Senior Talk, Classroom lecture, Typing test
The second day was mainly classroom lecture, with more time for group work!
Other training included a brief presentation on working etiquette and an afternoon Q&A session
with the sales department manager!
-Training Day3-
AM This day was mainly classroom lecture!
At lunch, we each invited a senior to have lunch with new employee!
PM After the senior talk, each new employee studied and took the test on their own.
On this day, we had a typing test and were practicing hard.
-Training Day4-
AM The classroom lecture was different from the second and third days!
I hope this was an opportunity to explain the basics of international logistics
and to deepen understanding of KG’s business operations.
PM We had a Senior talk, customs clearance training, preparation for international logistics!
This year, we had a welcome party for new employees in the first week,
so after the fourth day of training, we all enjoyed talking and eating together♪
During the week, they mainly focused on basic manners and working attitude.
Group work also used a variety of subjects, so I was able to learn a lot myself!
