Q1. 仕事内容は？
A． 営業アシスタントとして輸出/輸入業務全般を手配しております。
基本的なBOOKING/運送手配・作業依頼・通関書類の作成以外、
保管貨物の出入庫管理・御見積依頼・お客様からのお問い合わせも対応しております。
輸出入案件の事前相談もよく頂いていますので、
自分にできることであれば対応するよう努めています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A． 留学終了後の進路を考えて自身の能力を精進させていきたいと思い、
日本で就職活動を行いました。 経済学部出身で国際貿易に関する業務に興味を持って、
仕事で日本と出身国の架け橋になれたらいいなと考えました。
就活の際にマイナビでノットグローバルホールディングスの求人情報を拝見した際、
「社名のKnotは人と人の繋がり」というスローガンがすごく心に響きました。
即応募しました。(笑)
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A． 自由な働き方ができて、若くて活気がある会社です。
伝統的な日本の企業文化が違って、外国人の方も働きやすい環境であります。
多国籍の同僚が在職していますので国際交流や語言交換も気軽に話ができると思います。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A． お客様が直接私に新規案件の依頼または業務相談などを頂いた時、
スムーズに業務を進められた時、トラブルを解決した時です。
日々の努力が認められて信用も得ることができたと感じます。
本当に達成感があってうれしいです。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A．アニメ鑑賞です。漫画を読むことも面白いですが、私は断然アニメ派です！
声優さんまでは詳しく研究していませんが、
配色やBGMで楽しむことができてすぐ夢中になってしまいます。
今期新作アニメの中、毎週フォローしているのは【推しの子】と地獄楽です。
観ている方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ交流しましょうね！
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A． お酒です！コロナ禍で家飲みを始めましたが、
コロナ明けもよく当日の気分に合わせて、
簡単に作れるおつまみを用意して一人晩酌をしています。
安全！安心！安価！ 外飲みも好きですが、
やはり一番落ち着けるのは自宅でEDMを聴きながらお酒を飲むことです。
ちなみにEDMが好きだけど、パリピではないです。(笑)
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A．輸出入案件に関するお問い合わせが多いので、
より一層通関業務及び他法令の知識を身につけたいと思います。
特にHSコード分類を判断することです。
営業部に所属していますが、フォワーダーだけでなく通関業者の一員として、
お客様に良いサービスを提供するため、
色々な業務と同時にスムーズに進められるよう努めていきたいと思います。

【Q&A】
Q1. What’s your job?
A．As a sales assistant, we arrange general export/import operations.
In addition to basic booking/transportation arrangements, work requests,
and the preparation of customs documents, we also handle cargo entry/exit management,
requests for quotations, and inquiries from customers.
We often receive prior consultations regarding import/export projects,
so I try to respond to whatever I can.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A．Thinking about my career path after studying abroad,
I wanted to improve my skills, so I started job hunting in Japan.
I graduated from the Faculty of Economics and became interested in work related to international trade.
When I saw the recruiting information of Knot Global Holdings on My Navi during my job hunting,
the slogan "Knot in the company name means connection between people" really resonated with me.
I applied immediately.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A．It is a young and lively company with flexible working styles.
The traditional Japanese corporate culture is different,
and the environment is easy for foreigners to work.
I think that I can easily talk about international exchange or language exchange
because I have multinational colleagues.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A．When a customer directly asks me for a new project or asks me for business consultation,
when I can proceed smoothly with my work, when I solve a problem.
I feel that my daily efforts have been recognized and I have gained trust.
I feel a real sense of accomplishment.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A．It's anime viewing. Reading manga is fun, but I'm definitely an anime fan!
I haven't researched the voice actors in detail,
but the color scheme and BGM are fun, and I'm hooked right away.
Among the new anime this season, I follow [Oshi no Ko] and Jigokuraku every week.

Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A．It's alcohol! I started drinking at home due to the corona sickness, but after corona,
I often prepare snacks that can be easily made according to the mood of the day and have a drink alone.
Safe! relief! Cheap! I like drinking out, but the most relaxing thing is listening to EDM at home and drinking.
By the way, I like EDM, but it's not paripi.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A．Since there are many inquiries about import and export projects,
I would like to acquire more knowledge of customs clearance and other laws and regulations.
In particular, it is to be able to judge HS code classification.
I belong to the sales department, but as a member of the customs broker as well as a forwarder,
in order to provide good service to our customers,
I would like to do my best to ensure that various operations proceed smoothly at the same time.
