なんとも言えない、感動でした。。。
ようやく自粛生活＆マスク生活（肌荒れがとんでもない）に終わりが見えてきた、
そんな気持ちでした。。。涙

Q1. 仕事内容は？
A.　各国の様々な貨物を輸送したい荷主様や個人様の要望をお伺いし、それをかなえるためのコストを計算し、そこから利益を生み出す仕事をしています。
輸送する貨物はお客様によってさまざまに変わるので、輸送先の国で規制対象になっていないかなど、輸送先の国の規則を確認する必要があります。
仮に規制があれば、港を変更したりB/L上の文言を変えるなど他の選択肢を探し、できるだけお客様の要望に応えられるよう注力します。
輸送先の国によって発生する運賃は変わっていきます。なので、どこの国に輸送したいかを聞くのは大切なことです。そしてどこの船会社が安く輸送してくれるのかを確認し、お客様に伝えます。安い運賃であれば、営業利益を含めたとしてもお客様の要望コストに収めることができるので、案件獲得につながりやすいです。
コストが高くまた、なかなかブッキングを確保するのが難しい国もありますが、そこは普段からお客様と良好なコミュニケーションを取ることで理解してくれるので、関係づくりも大切な仕事です。
 
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A.   もともと自分は英語だけでなく様々な言語が好きで、その言語を使った仕事がしたいと思い、ノットグローバルホールディングスを見つけました。
また、「ここだけしかダメ」というような規則がないので、様々な言語に触れられるのではないかと感じたからです。
型にはまったやり方というのは特にないので、自分でどのようにすれば上手くいくのか、失敗した場合どのようにすれば、同じミスはしないようにできるのかなど、自分で考え行動することができるので、自分の今まで培ったきた経験や考え方を十分に活かして勤務できると感じました。
 
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A.　柔軟な会社だと感じます。
コロナがひどくなり外に出るのも危ない状況になってきた中で、ノートパソコンを支給し在宅勤務をできるようにしていることや営業スタイルが十人十色で様々なやり方をしています。
自分で考え、自分のやりやすいやり方でやることができるのが良いところだと感じますが、その反面、上手くいかないときは自分で考えどう動くがも大切になっていきます。
私は結構人見知りの方ですが、話しかけていただけたり話しやすい方が多くいる印象があります。 年齢関係なく仕事の話はもちろん、関係ない話もできる雰囲気良い職場環境だと感じます。
 
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A.   お客様と良好な関係が築けたことにより、値段が高くても依頼をしてくれた時です。
コロナの影響で運賃が高くなっているのですが、お客様と業務的な話だけでなく、プライベートの話や現状を話していくことにより関係性が築けていきます。
その関係性が、案件につながるようになるだけでなく、お客様の知り合いに自分のことを紹介してもらえるようになり、さらなる枝分かれが増えていきます。

Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A.   ディスニーブラスやNETFLIXを空き時間に見ることです。
ディズニープラスは、最近大型アップデートによりディズニーだけでなく、様々な映画やアニメを見れるようになったので見ています。
その中でも、自分の一番好きな映画としてKINGSMANが入っているので、見ています。
 
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A.   友だちと電話したり、遊びに出かけることです。
コロナで簡単に外に出れなくなったり、友達が仕事の関係上地方に行くようになってから電話をすることが増えました。
特に内容のない話で盛り上がることで、仕事のことを忘れて楽しい時間を過ごすことができます。
コロナが落ち着き始めてからは、風呂に入りに出かけたり、ご飯を食べに行くなどをしています。

Q7. 今後ノットグローバルホールディングスで挑戦したいこと！
A.　輸出をメインで営業をしているので、輸入や航空便など幅広い方法での営業をしていきたいです。
物流は送るだけなく、向け地に入ってくるまでが一つの流れなので、輸出だけでなく輸入にも挑戦をして、物流全体の流れを把握できるようにしていきたいと考えています。
また、船だけの輸送ではなく、航空便にも挑戦していきたいです。 海外に荷物を送るときや海外から洋服を買ったときなどが航空便で来ることが主にあるので、どちらかと言えば航空便が身近に感じます。
そのため、より身近にある輸送方法を理解して、可能性を広げられるようにしていきたいと思っています。

輸送に関わる大まかな作業ですが、
仕事の優先順位をいかに効率よく進められるかが求められます。

プラスで一日に電話もたくさんかかってくるので、さらにハードです！

Hello everyone! I'm in charge of recruitment.

These days COVID-19 situation is getting settled little by little, finally I can go out.

Well, recently we're joining the event called Smartphone Walk, in order to solve the lack of exercise as much as possible!
With a goal of average 8,000 steps a day, we compete with the number of steps individually, and as a team.
When you are selected as the top, the points will be added to our account. and if you get points, you can exchange it to the gift certificates, healthcare goods, foods, etc.!

What a nice campaign ♡

Ten members from our company have joined and walked desperately every day.
It's also interesting that the ranking are updated daily basis, and the results are visible as below!

Q1. What’s your job?
A. I ask shippers' or individuals' needs who want to transport various cargoes to all over the world, provide with the transport fee to get profits.
Since the cargo to be transported differs depending on the customer, it is necessary to check the rules and the laws of the destination country.
If there are regulations, we must follow them, for example filling in the necessary words on B/L, or changing destination port. At the same time, we should focus on customer requests.
The costs that occur differs from the destination, so it is important to ask where you want export, then, we check and suggest which carrier is affordable.
If we suggest an affordable carrier, even if we put our profits on it, the chance to get the job will be increased.
Also it is important to have a good communication with our customer on a daily basis, to understand if the destination is expensive or hard to get a booking,

Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. From before, I like not only English but also various languages, and I wanted to work with utilising my language skill, then I found Knot Global Holdings.
Also, I felt that I might be able to contact with various languages without the limits.
In Knot Global, there's no specific sales style, so I can think how it work by myself. At the same time, when I do something wrong, I can think how to avoid making the same mistake by myself.
Therefore, I am able to work enough with utilising my previous experiences and idea.


Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. Knot Global is a flexible company.
Good thing is that while the pandemic had been spread and we couldn't go out, company gave us portable laptop to be able to work from home. So many men, so many work style.
It is good to think your work style with your idea. On the other hand, you also need to think how to fix in the trouble situation.
Moreover, I'm quite shy but in Knot Global, there are many people who are easy to talk.
It is a good working environment where you can talk about work or another contents regardless of age.


Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. It was the time when I got a job even if the price was high because of having a good relationship with the customer.
Ocean freight are very high due to the pandemic, but we can build relationships by talking with customers not only about business but also about private talks.
That relationship with them sometimes would lead other opportunity with introducing other customers.

Q5．What are you into these days?
A. Watching Disney Plus and NETFLIX in my free time.
On Disney Plus, they have an big updates recently, becoming able to watch not only Disney movies but also many other movies or animes is the reason why I started to watch Disney Plus.
KINGSMAN is my favourite movie!

Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. Calling or hanging out with my friends.
Due to the pandemic, I couldn't go out easily, so since my friends were moved to other city, we sometimes make a call to catch up each other. I can forget about my work and have a good time when I call them. After the pandemic has settled down, sometimes I go to public baths or enjoy eating out.

Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. I mainly work in exports, so I also would like to handle import jobs and air transportation jobs.
Logistics are completed not only by sending a cargo but also by arriving at the destination, so I would like to challenge not only export but also import to understand the overall flow of logistics.
Regarding air transportation, most of the time, when I send my luggage to overseas or when I buy clothes from overseas, it is came by air transportation, so it is more familiar to me. So I'd like to try it.
In order to expand my possibilities, I need to understand the transportation methods that are more familiar to me.

He speaks English and Japanese and many other language to communicate with many Non-Japanese customers which is fantastic!

There're many steps to transport a cargo, as quotation, booking, document preparation, invoice sending, and follow-up after departure, so how efficiently you can prioritize your work is required.

Moreover, it is very hard when the customers make a calling many times!
