2021.11.29(MON)｜2022年入社内定者の顔合わせをしました！
こんにちは！
ノットグローバルホールディングス採用担当です！
11月26日(金)に2022年入社の内定者懇談会が行われました！
今回のイベントの参加形式は希望制で来社する方とオンラインの方と
自由に参加していただきました。
昨年に引き続き2022年入社の採用選考もオンラインでしたので
全員ではないですが内定者の方とは選考後、
今回初めて東京本社にご来社頂き対面でお話をすることが出来ました！
イベントでは、内定者の学生様に自己紹介と
課題として自分の好きな商品を選んでもらい販売戦略のプレゼンテーションをしてもらいました！
こちらからはざっくり、プレゼンテーションをすることとプレゼン内容を伝え
自分たちでプレゼンテーション方法を考えてもらったので
皆さん個性に溢れたプレゼンテーションで、私たちも楽しめました！
プレゼンテーションの後は、ランチ会という事で
先輩社員と一緒にお弁当を食べながら過ごしました！
2021年入社の距離の近い先輩社員と話をすることが出来ていたので
内定者の方もカジュアルな雰囲気で先輩社員と接することが出来たのではないかなと思います！
最近、東京では感染者数は減って来ていますが、まだまだ油断はできない状況なので
次のイベントの開催はもう入社までないと思うので人事としても有意義な時間になりました。
では最後になりますが、内定者の皆さん、
イベントに参加してくれた先輩社員方、
お忙しい中ありがとうございました！
また入社前にお会いできることを楽しみにしています♪
2021.11.29(MON)｜Report of The Event for New Members in 2022!
Hello, everyone, this is Minako from HR.
On April, 2022, nine new members decided to join KNOT GLOBAL.
The previous events, such as job interviews were held online, therefore, on Friday, 26th NOV, they were finally able to see face to face, and some of them were able to come to the office for the first time!
On that event, they gave us the presentation about self-introduction and the sales strategy which was the assignment of this event.
We told them only to give a presentation, but not to do how, in order to be able to think how to convey by themselves, or how to be known about themselves to listeners.
In conclusion, they gave us unique presentations which were so interesting!!
After the presentation, we had a lunch together with current employees.
The pandemic is still needed to be careful, so the event like this won’t be held until their joining day.
Therefore, this day was meaningful time for each other!
