弊社は、今月で18期最後の月を迎えます！
そして3月からは新しく19期目に入ります！！
最後の月なので気を引き締めて社員一同業務に取り組みます。
まだまだ、２月は肌寒いので
皆様体調に気を付けてお過ごしください！
さて、今回のブログは2月に入りましたので…
毎月恒例の社員バトンです！

Q1.仕事内容は？
A. 主にお客様が希望している港、スケジュールに合わせてコンテナ輸出入の手配をしております。
お客様にお見積りを出して案件が円滑に進むよう、営業が窓口となり連絡を取り合います。
また、既存顧客はもちろんのこと新規顧客獲得のため、電話対応や挨拶回り、飛び込み営業をしております。
Q2.入社を決めた理由は？
A. 大学時代の経験を活かして国際的な仕事に携わりたいと思っていました。
加えて就職サイトでたまたまノットグローバルを見つけ応募し、
社内見学の際にとても社風が明るく、フレンドリーだなと感じたのが主な決め手です。
Q3.ノットグローバルホールってどんな会社？
A. 社員が個性的でそれぞれが伸び伸びと働いている印象です。
主に東京本社は若い社員が多く、活気に溢れた社内環境です。
また、皆さんがとても優しく分からないことがあれば親身になって
教えてくれる方がほとんどなので働きやすい会社だと思います！
Q4.仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A. 顧客に見積を出して案件が決まった瞬間です。
主に外出をして見つけた新規顧客に見積を出して案件が決まった瞬間や
営業売上げが伸び、個人目標を達成したときには特にやりがいを感じます！
また稀に現地でトラブルが起こり、コンテナが引き取られなくなることもあるので
無事に現地で貨物が引き取られたときにもやりがいを感じます。
Q５. 今ハマっていることは？
A. 仕事終わりに渋谷で美味しいご飯屋を探したりしています。
オフィスが渋谷にあるのでひたすら歩いて気になったお店に行きます。
基本入るお店は美味しいのでセンスには自信があります！！笑
また、自分で豆を挽いてコーヒーを淹れることもハマってます。
豆の挽き具合でコーヒーの味が変わったり、深みが出てとても面白いです。
レコードを流しながらコーヒーを飲む時間はリラックスできて格別です。
Q6.リフレッシュ方法は？
A. 仕事終わりに同僚と筋トレに行くことです。
その日に溜まったストレスを力に変えて重量を上げることにより嫌なことを忘れ、
リフレッシュすることが出来ます。
また、筋トレに行かない日はオフィスから50分ほどかけて歩いて家に帰ります。
好きなラジオを聴きながらただ歩く。かなりリラックスできるのでお勧めです！
Q7.今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A. まずは今のお客様から信頼してもらえるように日々の業務をしていくことです。
今はまだ実力不足なので日々の業務や知識を増やしていけたらと思います。
また学生時代にカナダに留学していて、いつか住みたいと思っているので
カナダ関係の仕事を持って来れるようチャレンジしていきたいです！

英語を話せるので毎日電話で海外の方と話しているのをよく見かけます！
時には、他の社員が電話対応で英語を話している際に、
困っていることがあれば一番に助けてくれます。

This month will be the last month of our company’s 18th fiscal year!
And in March, we will begin our new 19th term!
As this is the last month of the 18th fiscal year, all of us will be working hard to keep our spirits up.
It’s still chilly in February, so please take are of yourselves!

Q1. What’s your job?
A. We mainly arrange container import/export according to the customer’s desired port and schedule.
Also, to acquire customers as well as existing customers, we make phone calls, greet customers,
and do walk-in sales.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. I wanted to use my college experience to work internationally.
In addition, I happened to find Knot Global on a job site and applied for it.
The main deciding factor was that I found the company culture to be very cheerful and friendly
when I visited Knot Global.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. I’ve the impression that the employees are unique and each works in a relaxed atmosphere.
Mainly at the Tokyo head office, there are many young employees and the company environment is full of vitality.
Also, I think it’s a good company to work for because most of the people are very kind
and are willing to help you if you don’t understand something.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. It’s the moment when I get a quote and a deal with a new client that I found mainly by walk-in sales,
and when sales revenue increases and personal goals are achieved!
Besides, in the rare case that a container isn’t picked up due to a local problem,
we will send a confirmation email when the cargo is safely picked up at the local port.
Q5. What are you into these days?
A. After work, I look for a good restaurant in Shibuya.
My office is in Shibuya, so I just walk around and go to restaurants that interest me.
I’m confident in my sense of taste because the basic restaurant I go to is delicious!! lol
In addition, I’m into grinding my own beans and making coffee.
It’s very interesting to see how the taste of the coffee changes and deepens depending on
how the beans are ground! The time spent drinking coffee while playing records is relaxing and exceptional.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A. Go to the gym with my coworkers after work. I can forget about the unpleasant things
and refresh myself by lifting weights to turn the accumulated stress of the day into power!
Also, on days I don’t go to the gym, I walk home from the office which takes 50 minutes !
Just walk around while listening to your favorite radio.
I really recommend it because it’s quite relaxing!
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. First of all, I have to do my daily work to earn the trust of my current customers.
I hope to increase my daily work and knowledge as I’m not yet competent enough at the moment.
I also did study abroad in Canada when I was a student and would like to live there someday.
So I would like to challenge myself to bring a job related to Canada!
