先日、21卒入社の皆さんと入社前面談をしましたので
その様子を一部ご紹介させていただきます♪
オンラインでの面談の方と、来社いただいての面談、
どちらか選んでいただくかたちで実施いたしました。
Hello everyone, this is Morimoto!
We had conversations with new graduates who will join next April.
We will introduce some of the contents on this blog♪
For this event, graduates could choose online or visiting .
面談では、
・近況（卒業やお引っ越しの状況 etc…）
・入社に向けて聞いておきたいこと
・入社してから楽しみにしていること
などなど、カジュアルな雰囲気でお話させていただきました。

・ Updates on their life
・Sth that they want to ask before joining the company
・Sth that they look forward to.
and so on...
We had a good time to talk with them casually :)
みなさん、順調に入社に向けてご準備すすめておられるとのことでした★
Everyone seems to be making good preparations for working★
今回、地方から上京される方が多く、
初めての土地での生活に不安な方もいるのでは？？？
と思っていましたが、わりとみなさん関東での生活を楽しみにしているようで
わたしたちも安心しました～！(笑)
This time, we curious that some of them will move to Tokyo for the first time,
but everyone seems to be looking forward to life here, so we were relieved!
前回、お話したのが10月だったので久しぶりにみなさんのお顔を見ることができ
とてもいい機会になりました♪
来社していただいた方の中には、初めてオフィスにお越しくださる方もいて
「入社の実感が湧きました！」
と、具体的にイメージしていただけたようです。
We didn't have chance to talk with them since last October, so it was a good opportunity to see everyone's face for the first time in a while ♪
Some of the graduates came to the office for the first time.
We think they are able to image of working.
入社まで残り3週間となりましたが、
一緒に働くことが今からとっても楽しみです！
4月1日 入社日当日は、8名のみなさんをしっかり迎え入れられるよう
わたしたちも準備をすすめてまいります。

We have only 3 weeks left to April,
but we really look forward to working with new graduates!
We will make good preparations for their first day of working to welcome them properly.
