Q1. 仕事内容は？
営業のアシスタント業務をしています。
仕事内容としては、船の手配、トラックの手配、書類作成など輸出/輸入完了までの手配を
お客様の要望や状況に応じて手配しています。
特にきっちり縦割りで決まっているわけはなく、営業がたくさん新規案件を取れるようサポートする業務全般です。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
大学で国際交流という分野を勉強していたので、なんとなく少しでも海外に関係する仕事に就きたいと思っていました。
その中で、ノットグローバルの会社説明会に参加し、古くなく、堅苦しくない雰囲気の説明会や面接が
他の会社と違っていていいなと思い、直感で入社しました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
他の会社に入社したことがないので比較しづらいですが、おそらく古くなくて風通しがいい会社だと思います。
私が入社したコロナウイルスが流行したての頃は、社員はほとんど出社していましたし、紙での業務が多かったと思います。
しかし現在は在宅勤務ができるような環境が整っています。
それだけではないですが、時代に合った仕事スタイルに変化している点を踏まえて古くないと感じました。
また、何かあった時に社長の松澤さんやマネージャーの方に気兼ねなく聞けます。
会社の上の方と話すことはなかなか出来ないことだと思いますが、分からないことがあった時も
誰にでも聞ける雰囲気です。
この2つを踏まえて、風通しが良いと思いました！
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
何かイレギュラーが起きてしまった時、無事に許可になるまで手配できたときにやりがいを感じます。
また、経験のない手配をして新しい知識が増えたときにやりがいを感じます。
前回分からなかったところがスムーズに出来るようになると身になっていると感じます。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
ハマっていることは、YouTubeや映画を見ることです。
今ハマっているのは猫や犬の動画全般を見ることです。
また、BLACKPINKが好きなので、MVや動画もよく見ています！
映画は、サスペンス映画をよく見ています。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
今は、動画や映画を見ながらゆっくりお酒を飲むことが一番のリフレッシュです。
友達とお酒を飲んで騒ぐのが好きですが、こういう状況なので出来ないのがさみしいです。。。
なかなか行きづらい状況ですが、旅行に行くこともリフレッシュの1つです。

Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
今は輸出を主に手配していますが、今後は輸入、CFSやAir案件にも挑戦したいです！
流れは大体いままでやってきた案件と同じだと思いますが、まだイメージが掴めてないところや
細かいところは違うと思うので、知識を付けていきたいです。

良波さんは、営業アシスタントとして、営業が獲得した案件のフォロー全般を担当しています。
船会社へのブッキング、空コンテナのオーダー、輸送に関わる書類の作成、請求書の発行など
1つのコンテナ船が出港するまでのすべての工程をこなしています。
良波さんは1日3～4件の案件を同時に進めているので、
作業の優先順位を正確につけること、効率よく作業をすすめることなど、マルチタスクが求められます。
最近は輸出だけでなく、輸入やAir案件も身に付けたいとのことで、
先輩社員に教えてもらっている姿もよく見かけます！
彼女の仕事に対する前向きな姿勢、自ら新しいことを学ぼうとする積極性が
周りにどんどんいい影響を与えていってほしいなと思います！
また、韓国のガールズグループ、BLACK PINKについて語りだすと熱が入ります。笑
最近までメンバーのロゼ（ROSÉ）を目指していましたがやっぱり目指すのはやめたそうです。笑
そんな可愛い一面もあります❤
Q＆Aにも書いてくれている通り、飲むことが好きな彼女は
お酒が入るとまたおもしろいキャラを発揮します笑
良波さんの仕事に対する姿勢や、身に付けた知識をこれから入社する後輩に
受け継いでいってほしいと思います。

Q1. What’s your job?
I’m in charge of a sales assistant.
My job is to arrange ships, drayage, documents, etc. until export / import is completed.
I make arrangements according to the customers' requests and situations.
It is a general duty that supports sales to get a lot of new business.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
I was studying the field of international exchange at university, so I wanted to get a job related to overseas.
Among them, I participated in Knot Global's company recruiting event, and I was impressed by the fact that the recruiting event and interviews, which were not old style and had a relaxed atmosphere, were different from other companies, so I joined the company intuitively.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
It's hard to compare because this is my first company of my career, but I think it's a well-ventilated company.
When I joined the company, it was before the pandemic of the coronavirus, so most of the employees came to the office and paperless was not prepared.
However, the environment is now in place so that we can work from home.
Not only that, but I felt that Knot Global has not old atmosphere because the work style was changing according to the generation.
Also, if something goes wrong, you can ask CEO or manager without hesitation.
I think it's difficult to talk to people who are the top of the company, but there's an atmosphere where anyone can ask when something is unclear.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
When something irregular happens, I feel rewarded when I get an export license safely.
Also, I find it rewarding when I make inexperienced arrangements and gain new knowledge.
I feel confident when I can smoothly do what I didn't understand last time.
Q5．What are you into these days?
What I'm addicted to is watching YouTube and movies.
I especially like watching videos of cats and dogs.
Also, I like BLACKPINK, so I often watch MVs and videos!
For movies, I often watch suspense.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
Now, the best refreshment is to drink slowly while watching videos and movies.
I like to drink with my friends, but unfortunately I can't do that because of the coronavirus.
It's a difficult situation to go out, but going on a trip is one of the refreshments.

It is a World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
Currently, I mainly arrange exports, but in the future I would like to challenge imports, CFS and Air import/export
I think that the flow is almost the same as the jobs that I have done so far, but I think that the parts that I have not yet grasped the image and the details are different, so I would like to acquire knowledge.

As a sales assistant, Ms. Yoshinami is in charge of overall follow-up of exports.
She handles all the steps up to the departure of the container ship, including booking to the shipping company, ordering the container, preparing the shipping documents, and issuing the invoice.
Ms. Yoshinami is working on 3-4 jobs a day at the same time, so she needs multitasking ability, such as accurately prioritizing work and promoting work efficiently.
Recently, we often see senior employees teaching her that she want to learn not only exports but also imports and Air business!
Her positive attitude towards her work and her willingness to learn new things on her own have a positive impact on her surroundings!
Also, when she start talking about the Korean girl group “BLACK PINK”, she get excited !!
Until recently, she imitated one of the member, ROSÉ, but suddenly she stopped :(
There is also such a cute side ❤
She will show more interesting characters when she drink alcohol !! lol
We hope that Ms. Yoshinami's attitude toward work and the knowledge she has acquired will be passed on to the juniors who will join the company next.
