この度、株式会社ノットグローバルホールディングスでは、
第三者割当により発行された第 1 回新 株予約権が令和 4 年 3 月 31 日付で全部行使されたことに伴い、
資本金及び資本準備金の額 を下記のとおり変更しましたので、ここにお知らせいたします。
●変更前
資本金 ：30,050,000 円
資本準備金 ：29,950,000 円
●変更後
資本金 ：39,095,000 円
資本準備金 ：38,995,000 円
この度の増資による財務基盤の強化により業務拡大を図り、
お客様へのサービス向上が図 れますよう、今まで以上に努力していく所存でございます。

Knot Global Holdings Co., Ltd hereby gives notice that on the 31st of March, 2022, the authorized share capital was increased due to the utilization of all the first stock acquisition rights issued by third-party as follows;

Share Capital : JPY30,050,000
Capital reserve : JPY29,950,000
★After the increase
Share Capital : JPY39,095,000
Capital reserve : JPY38,995,000
