【Q&A】Q1. 仕事内容は？
A．船積にかかわる業務全般、輸出案件をメインに手配しています。
主な仕事内容としては、船社へのスペース確認・トラック手配や輸出通関・請求書等の作成、
外地代理店との連絡になります。お客様の依頼によっては、
それ以外のことも自分たちにできることであれば対応するよう努めています。
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
A．留学していた際、現地で道路を走っていた車の多くが日本車だったことから貿易に興味を持ちました。
貿易にかかわる仕事を探していた時にノットグローバルを見つけて、入社前に神戸支店長と面接をした際、
僕が前職でお世話になっていた方と支店長がたまたま知人だったことがわかり、ご縁を感じたので入社を決めました。
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
A．固定概念にとらわれることなく若い世代の人たちも意見を言い合える風通しのいい会社だと思います。
またコロナ禍になってから世界的に生活様式も大きく変わった中で
いち早くテレワークや時差出勤などを取り入れたり、
個別面談等により個々の能力に合わせた目標設定ができたりと時代に合ったスタイルで働ける会社です。
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
A．お客様が希望するスケジュールの時間に余裕がなかったり、
何かトラブルが起きた際は急を要することも多々ありますが、
その中でも落ちついて手配を進めることができ無事に希望通りの日程で貨物を出荷することができたときです。
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
A．今に始まったことではないですが、時間があるときは読書・音楽・サーフィンをしています。
寒いのが苦手なので冬はサーフィンには行かず友人の倉庫で服を作っています。
またデニムオタクなので友人とデニムについて語り合ったりデニムを眺めながらお酒を飲んだりしています。
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
A．近くの海まで妻と散歩をすることです。くだらない話をしながら海まで歩いて、
ぼーっと海を眺めた後はまた歩いて帰るだけですが、海を見ていると自分の考えている嫌なことが
すごく小さく思えてどうでもよくなるので、学生の頃から続いている一番のリフレッシュ方法です。
Ｑ7．今後ノットグローバルホールディングスでチャレンジしたいこと！
A．今は家具や古着、中古車などの輸出を手配することが多いのですが、
輸出・輸入問わずイベント関係の仕事もしてみたいと思っています。
また、他支店の方々と会う機会があまりないのでもっとコミュニケーションをとって、
色々な考え方を交換して人としてももっと成長できたらと思っています。

Q1. What’s your job?
A．We mainly arrange general operations related to shipping and export projects.
The main work is to confirm space with shipping companies, arrange trucks,
export customs clearance, create invoices, etc., and contact overseas agents,
but depending on the customer's request, we can also do other things ourselves.
We will try to accommodate if possible.
Q2. Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A．When I was studying abroad,
I became interested in trading because many of the cars I saw on the roads there were Japanese cars.
When I was looking for a job related to trade, I found Not Global.
I felt a connection, so I decided to join the company.
Q3. What’s Knot Global HD like?
A．I think it is a company with an open atmosphere where young people can express their opinions without being bound by stereotypes.
In addition, as lifestyles have changed dramatically around the world since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic,
it is possible to quickly adopt telework and staggered work hours,
and to set goals according to individual abilities through individual interviews.
We are a company that works in a style that fits the times.
Q4. What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A．When the customer's desired schedule is tight,
or when some trouble occurs, there are many times when we need to be urgent.
Even in that situation, I was able to proceed with the arrangements calmly,
and the cargo was safely shipped on the desired schedule.
Q5．What are you into these days?
A．In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and surfing.
I don't like the cold, so I make clothes in my friend's warehouse in winter.
I'm a denim geek, so I enjoy talking about denim with friends and drinking alcohol while looking at denim.
Q6. What do you do for your refreshment?
A．Taking a walk with my wife to the nearby sea. We walk to the sea while talking nonsense,
and after staring at the sea, we walk back.
When I look at the sea, my bad thoughts seem so small that I don't care.
It's the best refresh method that has been continuing since I was a student.
Q7. Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A．Currently, I often arrange exports of furniture, used clothes, used cars, etc.,
but I would like to do event-related work, regardless of whether it is export or import.
Also, I don't have many opportunities to meet people from other branches,
so I would like to communicate more and exchange various ideas to grow as a person.
