東京オリンピックが開幕し、
テレビやラジオから目が離せない日々です笑
やっぱりスポーツで盛り上がるのは楽しいですね！
現場で観戦したかったですが
ステイホームでの観戦も十分楽しめます！
毎日、テレビの前で叫んでしまいます。笑
Tokyo Olympics are being held, so I can't take my eyes on the TV and radio...!
After all, sports are very fun to get excited.
I wish I could watch the game in front of them,
but I realized that I could still enjoy even on TV!
I'm screaming in front of the TV every day.

Q1. 仕事内容は？
What‘s your job?
A. 通関業務
Customs clearamce.
Q2. 入社を決めた理由は？
Why did you choose Knot Global HD?
A. 前職は半ば繋ぎのつもりで入りましたが、そのまま長い期間所属していました。
無茶ぶり・残業・休日出勤が多い割にシステムや環境の改善は口では言うがなかなかされないなど、
その場しのぎの事が多く、他現場に駆り出されることもたまにあり、バス通勤等も地味に辛く、
色々な事が大変だと感じていて、所属している会社の将来性はないなとずっと思っていました。
そんな中、前通関部マネージャーに私の力が欲しいと誘われたというのと、
前職で必要なスキルは殆ど身に着けてしまい、これ以上のスキルアップがないと感じていて、
その点だと通関は覚える事が沢山あると聞き、自分のできる事・スキルを増やしたかったので入社を決めました。
I supposed to change my previous job, but eventually I continued working for a long time.
The fact that there were many unnecessarily overtime, and holiday work,
Work environments were also hard for me, for example, sometimes I was rushed to sites of logistics,
and bus commuting was inconvenient.
So, I couldn't find my future in that company.
At that time, I had a chance to talk with the MGR of Customs Clearance dept in KNOT GLOBAL.
Since I had acquired most of the necessary skills for my previous company and there were thousands to learn in Customs clearance,
I decided to join knot global to increase my skills and what I can do.
Q3. ノットグローバルホールディングスってどんな会社？
What’s Knot Global HD like?
A. 良くも悪くも若い印象。
A young company, in both a good way and a bad way.
Q4. 仕事でやりがいを感じる瞬間は？
What kind of moments do you feel the worth for work?
A. 申告が何事もなく許可になった時。
When import / export declaration has been completed without incident.
Q5．今ハマっていることは？
What are you into these days?
A. 掃除・インテリア・部屋改造・麻雀・競馬
Cleaning my house / Interior / Remodeling the room / Mahjong / Horse racing
Q6. リフレッシュ方法は？
What do you do for your refreshment?
A. 天気のいい休日に早く起きて家事をしてお昼頃外に出て太陽に当たって汗をかき、夕方お風呂に入ってさっぱりしてから綺麗になった家でくつろぐ事。
I get up early on a sunny holiday and do housework.
Then, go out around noon, sweat in the sun, take a bath in the evening, and relax in a clean house.
Q7. 今後ノットグローバルホールディングスで挑戦したいこと！
Is there something that you would like to challenge at Knot Global HD in the future?
A. 現在通関士の資格を取得する為に勉強中です。
I’m currently studying to qualify as a customs broker.

I introduced the members of the Yokohama branch and customs department for three consecutive months.
It's interesting that they have a own story about joining the company.
現在、ノットグローバルの通関部は事業拡大中ですので、
小林さんをはじめ、どんどん通関部を引っ張っていってほしいと思います★
